I had an excellent experience. First, the office is very nice as well as easy to find. Dr. Tom was very helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled when it came to my procedure. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out of the way either like most other offices. I highly recommend.

Dr Tom is great, wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I did not feel rushed and never uncomfortable asking any questions. The front desk is wonderful as well, she is very friendly, so is the other woman in the office. :)

Dr. Tom is the most friendly and humble doctor that I know. He helped me with lower back reconstructive surgery and he did an amazing job. I exhausted all options to get things fixed and when I found Dr. Tom he got me in right away, made a game plan for surgery, and everything went fantastic! His office staff is super friendly and kind, Emily was amazing to work with, and his office is beautiful inside and out. Just an absolute outstanding experience with Dr. Tom!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tom and his staff. My mother in law and I had a great experience both recently undergoing earlobe repair. We were both nervous and did not know what to expect. Dr. Tom is kind, he is caring and just genuinely makes you feel like he is concerned in your well being. He takes the time to answer all your questions and makes you feel comfortable and listened to. You can tell he takes his time, he is thorough and truly cares about his patients having the best results and them being happy with their results! His office is beautiful and very welcoming.
