The staff has dedicated themselves to providing you with exceptional customer service, focusing as a team of professionals. The consultation itself will be conducted by both the doctor and the Patient Care Coordinator, either Tina, Doreen or Anina. The goal of the consultation is education and information. This is a chance for you to express your concerns, to learn about the various options to achieve your goals, and to meet and feel comfortable with Dr. Shenko and his staff. At the same time, we are afforded an opportunity to get to know you as a person and your expectations as a potential patient.
