Dr. Osborne and his dedicated staff live up to the reputation they've built. Their expertise was clearly evident and their care throughout the entire ordeal truly reassuring. Exceptional quality of care. Dedicated from start to finish. I am incredibly grateful for you, doc. Laurie, thank you for warning me about my sleep apnea! Thank you Chris for coordinating everything. And thank you for those that were intimately involved in my care that I never got a chance to speak to. Osborne Head & Neck has set the bar for their skills and supportive environment. Yet somehow they still managed to overdeliver.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Chris was very helpful and nice when handling my anxious questions as well as being extremely patient with me. Dr. Hamilton gave me a second chance at life. He fixed a perforation that no other doctors were willing to even try, he was calm and confident throughout the entire process and made me as comfortable as possible. He'll never understand how much he changed my life, it was just another day in the office for him. He's a true magician and im so lucky to have found him and had the ability to have him do my surgery. On top of my extremely large perforation he was also able to fix an indent on my nose at the same time. Im honored to be his patient and don't think anyone could do better

Dr. Alexander Hamilton performed a septoplasty surgery on me, which led to performing a second surgery becaue my nose wouldnt stop bleeding after the first. I had to pay twice and now I have empty nose syndrome and he is avoiding me afterwards because he knows he just wanted money and cannot persuade me for a third surgery. Dr. Osborne is well aware of this situation and is not doing anything about it. These are terrible people and will burn in hell in eternity. Thieves.

After having a horrible experience with my local ENT placing a septal button, it having to be cut down twice and then removed after 2 months and several infections, I was told there was nothing else he could do. I went online and typed in Septal Perforation and Dr Hamilton came up with amazing reviews and results. I contacted his office and found out he was coming to Orlando to do free consultations. My husband and I made the 6 hour drive and met Dr Hamilton. He was amazing right from the start. He described the surgery that could fix my septum in detail and in a way even someone with no medical experience could understand. We were expecting to be told I needed it, but Dr Hamilton never tried to do a hard sell for the surgery. He explained several options that did not require surgery. We decided to have the surgery and he had his financial and insurance associates come in and explain everything in great detail. We got the app so we could keep in contact with the doctor so we could easily ask questions and get answers ASAP. We flew out to LA from Atlanta in August for pre op appointment, surgery, post op appointment and final appointment removal of nose cast before heading home. Each time we were treated as family by the whole staff. While recovering at the hotel and then home we were always able to be in contact with the doctor via the app for any and all questions. We flew back 4 weeks later and had the splints removed. It was absolutely fantastic! We could not believe how great it would turn out. My nose looks and feels better than ever. Dr Hamilton even gave us great recommendations for us as tourists to see and do. I have never felt better about recommending a doctor or a surgery before. I was worried about having surgery on one side of the country and recovering on the other side but there were no problems and everything went beyond expectations. Marjorie Cooper

I now look deformed and my entire life has been affected by this surgery. I did so much research before picking Dr Hamilton and I felt so confident after my consultation that he was the right person to the hole in my septum-but he completely ruined my nose and face. After cutting a 7" wide slice across my hairline to get to my nose (which he never said he would have to do), he somehow created nerve damage leaving me with one eye brow higher than the other and a droopy look. Next is my nose. I've always had a totally normal nose that I had no issues with (other than the hole in my septum that formed about 1yr ago)....well now I have a huge nose with no structure that hurts. My forehead never healed right leaving me with a numb head and loose and droopy forehead skin. I look like a complete freak and I'm devastated. I have to save up money and find a doctor capable of fixing this disaster. Please don't let this happen to you. I've lost jobs because of this, my self esteem is destroyed and I don't even want to leave my house. Not to mention I'm in pain and no one can fix it for at least 1yr- so I'm stuck with this horrible nose. See before and after photo below. Every surgeon I've seen since tells me this doctor butchered me and had no idea what he was doing. It's so bad that many won't even attempt to fix it and they say I need to find a reconstructive facial expert. The best part is Dr Hamilton admitted my face looked "like I got smashed in the nose with a baseball bat" but showed no empathy for the damage he did. I have talked to almost 15 other people Dr hamilton has done this too- leaving us all with collapsing, wide noses. I have just been cast for a reality show about horrific plastic surgery due to this incident- hopefully they will be able to fix it.
