He is a board-certified specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with unique and extensive expertise in breast reconstruction. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. A native New Yorker, he and his family have come to call the central Florida area home for the last 8 years.

Dr. Feiner has a long tenure of academic excellence. His Ivy League education began at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He earned his doctoral degree from the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, graduating #1 in his class. As a junior, he was honored with early induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, an honor given normally to seniors.

I would recommend Dr. Feiners' office 100%, from his office staff Tiffany, office manager Fallon and Dr. Feiner himself are very nice and made me feel comfortable. While different services were explained and offered I never feel pressured. I am completely happy with my results. If you're looking for a total package Dr. Feiners' office is the place to go.

First of all 5 stars are not good enough. I went to 5+ consultations in the Orlando area and decided on Dr. Feiner, mainly because he took time to explain everything and wasn’t in a hurry to get to the next patient. My case was a difficult one. I am one week post opp and I can’t belive how positive this experience has been. Almost no pain at all and the results are great. He is truly a gifted surgeon! Also, his staff was very available and would answer all the questions I had.

Highly Recommend!!! Dr. Feiner is a master of his craft and worked a miracle on my eye bags. He was able to depuff them and redistribute the fat for a more natural transition without any visible scar. He resonates a superior level of professionalism coupled with a sense of humor that helped to ease my nerves on operation day. His staff was also very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. I was absolutely terrified of having surgery but so happy with the results that I would consider another procedure in the future. I plan to laser my eye area at his office to tighten up the area a little more for wrinkle prevention.

Dr. Feiner came recommended by a family member who was very pleased with his practice and I am so glad I took their recommendation. Dr. Feiner and his staff were beyond amazing! He takes his time to understand what you are looking for and explains everything so thoroughly. I am beyond happy with my results!!! He is seriously a perfectionist and exceeded my expectations! Five stars is not nearly enough. I was so impressed with Dr. Feiner and his staff today at my consultation. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Feiner has such a nice “bedside manner.” He is thorough, asks lots of questions and actually listened attentively to me. He answered all my questions and even drew diagrams to explain parts of the physiology that was a little more difficult to understand. Dr. Feiner repeated himself and was not in a hurry to get to the next patient. I can’t say enough about him-very impressed and highly recommend him. I feel lucky to have found him.
