5 star across the board except for 1 detail. Procedure produced unsatisfactory results. Great facility, really nice staff, good price, even did a no cost touch up for me. But in the end, I look in the mirror and don't see an appreciable difference. Kind of wishing I would have went to a traditional cosmetic surgeon. More cost but tipi know it's going to change.

I received Botox for my first time and all I can is good things! Walking into the clinic you truly feel so welcome and happy to be there. Lauren the injector is truly an amazing person with her patients, listening to my wants/needs and being so gentle about the process! I feel so happy with my results and will be going back for all my future treatments!

The staff at Asthetic Medicine is so warm and welcoming. From the first time I walked in the door I felt the positivity throughout the environment. I scheduled the Brazilian hair removal, which is not always a comfortable appointment. Amber made sure that I was well informed and comfortable during the process. I am beyond happy with my results!

During my second visit to the clinic, I was 30 mn late because I went to the wrong address. Once I realized I was at the wrong address I called the front desk and asked if I could still make it. I had specifically asked for Loren who is wonderful. Although Loren and the staff were getting ready to leave, she agreed to stay and provide my service. They heard the stress in my voice and offered extraordinary service with a smile. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and the special way they take care of their clients. I highly recommend this clinic and Loren ❤️❤️❤️

✨I AM SO GLAD THINGS DID NOT WORK OUT HERE ✨ Technology has advanced so that I don’t have to put my liver at risk or pay $20K for “no guarantee of results”. Lipo Lift The good: Dr. Darm is kind, knowledgeable, gentle and optimistic. The office location is easily accessible and scheduling is quick. The not so good: The consultant that I had was a rough around the edges and rather ill mannered. There’s never any good reason to use verbiage “like I just told you”. It’s a lot of information to retain at once for a first-time visitor; especially when learning how the Lipo Lift procedure works. For that reason, it’s a MUST that you ask for copies of everything you sign on that first consult. It’s almost impossible to remember everything they go over in all of that paperwork. The questions will start to pop up after the consult. (Ask for copies, they won’t offer). My consultant had the audacity to make a comment about my weight lol; I felt that it was completely inappropriate for her to do so especially when Dr Darm did not say anything about it. I’m not huge, per se, but I was there for Lipo Lift, so obviously I’m aware that I need a little work. Note: if you have to start a statement with “no offense but”…. You probably shouldn’t say it. Another reason to make sure you get copies of your paperwork is because my consultant told me different from what I had signed in writing. After paying almost $20,000 for my procedures that same day, my consultant tried to make me believe that there was no way for me to cancel and get a refund after they had taken payment. That only an in-clinic credit would be available to me. I lost trust that my consultant wanted anything else than for me to just go through with the purchase. She did mention that because I was buying four procedures, two attempts may be necessary. She did not mention any additional cost in the event that a second attempt was needed. Again, I must stress how important it is to get copies of EVERYTHING you sign. There’s a lot of information that can be missed. * I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WAITING at least 24 hours after your consult to decide about making a payment and proceeding with scheduling. I ended up not being able to have Lipo Lift because of a trip to the ER/Hospital 15 years ago. And although I do appreciate the other doctor’s honesty in the risk involved, I did not appreciate that my medical history was only reviewed after I had already completed another 20 pages of paperwork on my second visit, gave blood and got completely naked for photos and was photographed. I was uncomfortable with the 2inch gap in the ceiling panels in the photography room directly above where we disrobe. It seems like something that could and should be easily fixed. Anyway, the doctors refusal to do my procedures was a blessing in disguise because I was already having doubts but my consultant tried to convince me there was NO way to get a refund. I was specifically nervous that the results were not going to be what I hoped for, especially around my neck area. The office is undergoing some renovations and that, combined with the marketing gal’s photo shoot, made it seem like I was on the set of High School Musical. The office does have a bit of a high school, “mean girls” vibe to it. I ended up sitting on stairs outside filling out even more paperwork; a lot more. And all for nothing. You should talk to Doctor about ANY kidney or liver issues up front on the first visit/consult so you don’t waste your time. Otherwise the whole process is a bit dehumanizing. I would likely not refer any of my colleagues, friends or family to this office. I think the entire office could use a brush up on their language etiquette. It’s 2023 Jerry, it’s time to stop referring to women’s anatomy as things like “buffalo humps”.
