I have tried to write a review for Dr. Williams and his staff multiple times. However, I always quit because I get so emotional. Dr. Williams has literally changed the quality of my life. He performed a breast reduction and lift. I have had back pain every day for years and the first day home from surgery, I could tell an immediate difference. It was instant relief. Many doctors could have performed this surgery however, I am positive none would be as good as Dr. Williams. I came into this procedure with no concern about how my breast would look. I just wanted relief from back pain. Knowing this, Dr. Williams took the time to give me the most amazing looking Breast! He is an artist and the patient is his canvas. His staff is so caring and they make you feel like you were the most important person in the world. They have made sure every detail from your first consultation all the way to your final appointment is perfect. They are available to answer questions before and after surgery. They make it so easy to communicate any concerns you may have. Dr. Williams and his staff are never in a rush and make sure they answer all questions in a way that is very clear and easy to understand, I am so grateful to Dr. Williams and his staff. I think of them every day when I stand and complete daily task without pain and every time I pass a mirror. Dr. Williams is a life changer!

I wanted to this surgery for years . Approaching 40 I finally was able to do just that . Over the years I have been to several other facilities in Chattanooga for consultations. This office is definitely "set apart" . Never shaming me for what I was wanting and the look I was going for.... I didn't feel like I was just a number to them . I saw negative reviews about having to wait ... Quality is worth the wait these days and you het just as much time and attentionas pts before you... it's worth the wait . NOT only do you get quality.....you get attention to detail and you feel heard ..... From the time you check in or check out with Wendy or Stephanie you're greeted with a smile and kind words , Cynthia the client coordinator explains everything thoroughly and is so kind goes above and beyond, Mimi and Kate are the best nurses you could ask for compassionate and I always feel comfortable....but also my hype girls 🤣 . Allison the PA was up front and honest at my consult, throughly explained risk, benefits and the options . All the MA's (sorry if I'm leaving names out but the entire team is professional and kind) . Finally, Doctor Williams took his time with me at my appointment before surgery, wasn't pushing me to upgrade the procedure (this happened at other establishments years ago) went over all my medical history...for once I felt comfortable at a plastic surgeons office. Which gave me the utmost confidence in this team . Surgery day was a breeze, the CRNA made sure I was comfortable before "lights out" and I was back to seeing my clients 5 days later . My final result exceeded all my expectations, Dr Williams even called me to check on me once I was home and settled in . If I could give 1000 stars I would! Quality, not "gimicky", no pressure, open / honest team ...highly recommend and I am a client for life ! Xoxoxo Jessica D.

My experience at Williams Plastic Surgery was excellent! The front office staff were very attentive and personal! The billing department was very thorough and explained my benefits to me prior to surgery. Dr. Williams did a fantastic job on my eyes! I had no complications, recovery was easy , and my eyes look great! Allison took great care of me post op! She was so sweet, caring, and encouraging! The surgery team was also great with making me comfortable prior to surgery and post surgery! I so appreciate the level of care I received at this office and would highly recommend them to anyone! Many thanks to the entire team!!

Dr. Williams and his staff are amazing. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of 2023 and they have been there through all the ups and downs. So compassionate and caring. Highly recommend them for all your plastic surgery needs.
