I waited 7 months to leave a review. I have thick, oily skin and the wait time to see results is significantly longer than for a lot of other patients which caused a lot of anxiety. I chose dr Bitner based on the before and after photos and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s also been very responsive to my frequent calls and emails over the last 7 months. He also examined my inner ear for a non cosmetic/ non surgery related issue for free. Update: I am 18 months out and it looks even better. Highly recommend getting the dermabrasion if you have thick, stubborn skin with swelling like me. Dr Bitner did it for FREE and it looks perfect now.

Dr. Bitner is a remarkable surgeon. I researched many doctors prior to my surgery and he stood out for me. Right from my first appointment he answered my questions thoroughly and made recommendations that he felt were best for me. Now, eight weeks post-op, I couldn't be happier with my results. The surgery went great and the recovery was much easier than I anticipated. I was uncomfortable for a few days, which was to be expected, but I was never in pain. As an added bonus, Dr. Bitner's staff is top-notch, and experts in their own right. Jamie was amazing(!!!), and Bonnie was really great too! Dr Bitner is an excellent Surgeon. He took great care of me! I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family for any procedures. I had to have surgery done on my nose and was not one bit nervous going into surgery knowing I was in great hands. I also wanted a doctor that was an ENT, so that I could have some breathing issues fixed as well. He truly cares about his patients, and when I had concerns he called me from his cell phone while he was on vacation with his family. He is genuine and patient with all of your concerns/questions. I was beyond impressed with my experience from the beginning up to and including now with Dr. Bitner and his office staff. I was seeking to find a professional that was skilled in facial plastic surgery and I did with Dr. Bitner. I had a complete face lift with lip augmentation along with a brow lift. I have to share with you how I feel about the results; it exceeded my every expectation. My first contact with him, I must say, I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind he was and how much time he spent with me during each visit both pre and post operative!
