Dr. Layliev conducts cosmetic surgeries in a private operating room certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, ensuring a private, discreet, and safe experience. On the other hand, he carries out reconstructive plastic surgery in Long Island in a hospital-based environment.

Dr. Layliev’s path to plastic surgery excellence began at Cornell University, where he was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Society, which celebrates the top 1% of graduates in the country. He then attended the New York University School of Medicine, where he excelled academically and initiated an annual philanthropic event benefiting children with craniofacial syndromes and musculoskeletal disorders.

After continuing his journey with a General Surgery residency at North Shore University Medical Center in Long Island, NY, Dr. Layliev then pursued a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the renowned Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Here, he trained alongside prominent plastic surgeons and honed his aesthetic surgery skills under the guidance of Dr. Patrick Maxwell, a global innovator in the field.
