Dr.Richardson is very professional and kind. Him and his staff are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. I came as an out of town patient and they are very responsive wether through email or the phone so I appreciate their quick response time. They made planning the trip and procedure a breeze. I got a hairline lowering procedure and Dr.Richardson work is very seamless scar wise and in general does great work and makes sure you are happy with the results. Him and his staff made sure during the procedure and in recovery that I was fine and answered all questions I had. In all him and his staff made the whole trip and procedure as comfortable as possible.

I haven’t had any work done here, but I will say, Dr.Richardson helped me a while back with some issues I was having with my skin. I went in for a consultation and he was really nice. I destroyed my skin barrier. My acne was out of control and I was unable to resolve it. Ever since Dr. Richardson gave me one of the skin products they have, my skin has greatly improved. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back for a good facial there soon from just that experience alone. Thanks for helping me!
