Great staff can be longer wait but amazing

This review is not for the dental team but the 3rd floor group. Would like to say thanks for the great care I received today. Special thanks to Nick, Darla, Alice, the check-in team and the recovery nurses. Dr. F thanks for keeping me anxiety free and setting expectations. Can't forget to mention those who helped out while I slept through their portion of my day. Awesome team work!

We had an appointment for oral surgery with sedation, I know how time consuming those can be because I have been an oral surgery assistant. We arrived 30 mins early and waited 2 hours and still had not been called back until I asked at front desk, I was expecting more professionalism from a dental office like this one. Not even once did we get an apology for waiting so long. When I went to front desk and ask, the receptionist was on her phone didn't even lift her head to acknowledge I was there but did notice I saw her using her cell phone so she put her cell under her desk but only to continue using it... Then another receptionist asked if she could help.. I will not be coming back to this place at all.

I can't even get in for an appointment. They said I need a referral from a dentist but there aren't any dentists who will see someone not insured that can't pay full price at the time of service. I'm tired of not having teeth and not being able to get help with it. I have health insurance that I pay for every month and is able to cover my medical needs but dental insurance is a joke and a teaching school won't even help me. I guess I'll just continue to lose teeth.

This was the best experience ever! The dentists were amazing and patient! The nurse was so kind! The receptionist and all the staff were so helpful! I had a wisdom tooth extracted it turned into dry socket; and they took such great care to help me feel better. I do not believe these posts that state anything less! If you need an extraction go here!!!
