Dr. Kouli and his staff are 5* all the way. I waited until I was completely healed to write this review; 8-months post-op. I had a tummy tuck and breast implant swap completed in September 2022 after losing 120 lbs. I could not be more happy with Dr. Kouli and his staff. I interviewed EIGHT doctors before I found Dr. Kouli and I’m thrilled with my decision to proceed with him. I was initially interested in a breast lift with an implant swap and a tummy tuck. But Dr. Kouli advised me that because my original implants are over the muscle, the skin on my breasts was too thin and he did not recommend a lift. He was only one of two doctors that did not recommend a lift (even though he would have made a lot more money from my surgery). I could not be more pleased with the result. By adding just a few CC’s to my original implant size it gave me just enough “lift” to do the job. While Dr. Kouli was great; his staff was even more awesome. Samantha, the patient coordinator, was extremely helpful in going through all the steps before the surgery and through recovery. If you’ve ever had cosmetic surgery before you know that while the doctor’s skills are the most important factor; the patient coordinator does the heavy lifting before and after surgery. Samantha could not be any nicer; she’s REALLY good at her job. In addition to Samantha; Ruslana, his nurse, is AMAZING. She was the nurse during my surgery and she’s been in the room at all of my post-op appointments. She’s so thoughtful and patient. Both Samantha and Ruslana are beautiful inside and out. I cannot recommend Dr. Kouli and his staff highly enough!

I researched 3 different places before deciding on Esthetic of San Diego. I could not be more pleased with the honesty and professionalism of this center. I first spoke to Samantha who was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgably. She knew more than any other facility I spoke with. I met with Dr. Kouli and was beyond impressed. He was completely honest. He did not try and "sell me" on anything. He actually suggested I do less than another doctor's recommend. In addition he asked me several more questions to actually get to know what I wanted. The other two surgeons I met with hardly asked me anything and tried to over sell me. Dr. Kouli and his staff, now have a customer for life. I highly recommend Dr. Kouli and his team.

My experience with Dr. Kouli and his staff has been AMAZING! He not only made me feel so at ease during my consultation but also listened to what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with my results!!! He does great work, and his staff goes above and beyond with anything you may need to make sure your experience is great and comfortable especially his nurse Victoria! Thank you Dr.Kouli!!!

I went to see Dr. Kouli and initially met with Kim Mosh, the consultant. The whole vibe was great from start to finish. Kim answered all my questions thoroughly and eased all my anxieties I had going in for a consult. Although, I am still thinking of when I can get my surgery done, I will definitely come back here. Dr. Kouli had great bed side manner which made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Esthetica!

The whole practice is on fire in every sense of the word. Best surgeon and a staff that not only compliment but complete it perfectly. Dr. Kouli is a body contour magician and Erika,the aesthetic nurse is amazing too! She’s been doing my laser for a couple years now and everyone compliments me on my skin. She’s attentive and a delight to be around. Her attention to detail has made all the difference. She’s definitely the best!!!!
