If I could give Dr. Kim Koger and his staff one million stars I would – as they have completely changed my life! From the first moment that I stepped into Koger Cosmetic Clinic & Medspa, I felt at home. This journey has been long for me and I have finally made it to the finish line – with results better than I could have possibly imagined. I underwent a total of 4 surgeries, over a 10-year period, prior to finding Dr. Koger. Each one attempting to fix what the prior surgeon left and, with each surgery, leaving more scars. I literally felt like a monster underneath my clothes. I would avoid the mirror and my confidence was greatly affected. How could I possibly feel like a beautiful woman with unrecognizable and scarred breasts? I didn’t really know if anything could be done to help me or if I was going to be stuck in a body in which I was ashamed (I’m only 42 years old). After years of numerous consultations, I decided to look up the top board-certified plastic surgeons in the South Florida area (my hometown) and that is where I found Dr. Koger. My first consultation lasted over an hour. I explained my intense story and even cried due to my hopelessness. Dr. Koger listened attentively, was compassionate and didn’t hesitate to say that he could help me. I really couldn’t believe that he wanted to take on the challenge of my situation, when other surgeons didn’t have faith that I would have good results. Dr. Koger has education from the best in the nation and he knew he had the skill to handle whatever the last surgeon left behind. That humble and calm confidence is how I knew, in my gut, that Dr. Koger was the surgeon for me. The entire process was very smooth. I was extremely nervous, as you could imagine, being that it was going to be surgery #5 and I needed it to be my last. Kelly, who is the medical director, was always kind during every meeting and for every phone call I made during my healing process (she is an angel that kept me calm!). On the morning of my surgery, Dr. Koger was kind enough to pray with me and off I went into surgery with peace knowing that he was the best. My healing has been an easy process with minimal pain. I’m only one-month post-op and I can jog and even sleep on my stomach. Most importantly, they look beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. His is a true artist and was able to remove my old scars and create new ones that are very thin (I had implant and lift so scars are unavoidable). I know that when they fully heal, they will be barely noticeable. I can say now that I feel like myself again. After 10 long years, I feel sexy and beautiful. Dr. Koger is an amazing person, with a huge heart, who truly cares about his patients. His entire staff makes you feel like family. I am indebted to him a forever, as he has given me new life. If you are considering plastic surgery, please call Dr. Koger. I promise it will be the best decision you make for you.
