Dr. Lawrence Bass is one of New York’s premier cosmetic plastic surgeons, highly regarded nationwide and across the globe for his expertise and innovation in facial aesthetic surgery and non-invasive beauty procedures. He is a pioneer in the field and held a pivotal role in researching and developing some of the most common facial plastic surgery techniques in use today.

Dr. Bass pursued a rigorous academic career, first earning an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and then graduating from  medical school at Columbia University. He completed a full residency in general surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and then  undertook his plastic surgery residency at NYU Medical Center at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery after which he completed  a Microsurgery Research Fellowship there as well. Dr. Bass is double-board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery.
