I don’t know what magic Dr. Roudner uses but i have been absolutely obsessed with the work he did on me. I have MANY friends with breast augmentations and every single one of them has told me they cannot believe how incredible mine look already considering I’m only 4 weeks out. This man creates art. I am very disappointed with the handling of my recent appointments. Initially, I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 PM, but when I received a confirmation call, I noticed it had been changed to 10:00 AM. I informed the representative that my appointment was supposed to be at 3:15 PM, not 10:00 AM. She then informed me that they had to change it (without asking me) because of surgeries. I asked if there was any availability at 3:00 pm or 4:00 PM, but she said no. As a result, I had to rearrange my work schedule and accept an appointment at 2:15 PM the next day. The day before my appointment, they called to confirm the 2:15 PM time, and I confirmed. However, just 10 minutes before my appointment, I received another call informing me that the doctor was running late due to surgeries. This was very frustrating as I had already driven 1 hour and 10 minutes to be on time. They asked if I could come in at 4:00 PM, but they couldn’t guarantee the doctor would be on time. No consideration at all. As someone who works in the OR, I know that you are aware of the doctor's delays well in advance. This is extremely disrespectful and shows a complete lack of regard for my time.

After visiting a lot of plastic surgeons I found Dr Lenny and I fall in love with his knowledge and charisma as well as how confident and beautiful he made me feel even before my surgery. I couldn’t be happier with my result and how amazing my new breast feel. And to top it all of his staff is amazing, every lady in that office made me feel acknowledged, safe, beautiful and taken care off. If you are planning to get a surgery Dr Lenny and his team are the best option. I just wanna say one more time how much I appreciate their work. Thank you.

Hello! OMG, Dr. Roudner put my implants in on St. Patty's Day, March 17, 1990 ( a Saturday) and guess what, they still look AMAZING!!! I am 58 now and he put them in when I was 24...silicone, under the muscle and through the areola. No scar, No rupture and I have been getting mammograms done since I was 35 yearly. This is because unfortunately my mother passed away of breast cancer. I was able to breast feed all of my children who are now almost 30 through 23 years old. I had no idea Dr. Roudner was still practicing until I saw this, WOW, how awesome! Whoever gets their breasts done by him is very fortunate! At the time, I remember even being unsure if I should even have it done, but after my life experience with them, I am so grateful I did!! Thank you Dr. Roudner, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS :))))

I got my breast augmentation done in 10/17/23. Dr.Lenny was amazing. I had be consulting with numerous surgeons from Palm Beach to Miami. I live in Palm Beach he was the best surgeon for me even though the distance was a lot farther than others. He gave his honest opinion with how big I should go. I want to go a little bit bigger, and he convinced me not to. I am extremely happy with the outcome. They have settled beautifully.
