A native of Los Gatos, Dr. Lisa Hwang returns to the Bay Area with stellar training and a passion for Aesthetic Surgery. After attending an accelerated BA/MD program at Lehigh/Drexel University, she completed a full General Surgery residency, postdoctoral research fellowship at NYU Langone Medical Center, Plastic Surgery residency at University of Illinois in Chicago, as well as a dedicated Aesthetic Surgery fellowship. She is an active contributor to her specialty, having co-authored over 25 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts.
Dr. Lisa Hwang is highly regarded not only as a meticulous and artistic clinician, but also for her kindness in demeanor. Having moved across the country to fulfill extensive training, she draws from a wealth of personal experience to provide a unique and comprehensive perspective as your plastic surgeon.
