Dr. Kim and his staff are such kind, down-to-earth and professional people. I had a facelift with him, and he showed me his undivided attention and provided such precision and detail. I had a concern with swelling, which is normal, and when I called his answering service after hours, he returned my call in less than 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I had dimples done with Dr. Kim. He was very professional along with his staff. I had all of my questions answered before and after my procedure. I am planning on going back for more procedure in the near future. I love my results and his prices are very competitive!

I had a procedure to remove black spots on my face with laser, consisting three treatments. Each treatment takes one month to heal. There are a couple of brown patches and four sports remain, which the doctor said he only provides service, but not guarantee result. I do have some complaints: 1. According to reviews online, laser treatment is supposed to be painless. But, the last step of each laser treatment was particularly painful, even at the lowest setting. Not sure why. It felt like torture each time. 2. After the first treatment, the technician completely missed four to five black spots. For the subsequent two treatments, I pointed them out to the technician. She did apply laser treatments on those spots, however, the lasers were shot slightly off, and made treatments on those spots ineffective. They remained after wounds healed. 3. After all treatments were over, I pointed out those black spots still remained, the doctor said he did not guarantee result. And said If I wanted them taken cared of, I must pay another $100. 4. After the last treatment, I was told to wear sun screen every time I headed out of home, even a short trip driving in the car, otherwise all the dark spots would return, and they would be much worse. Had the doctor told me this before hand, I might have not agreed to do the treatments. The lady who gave me treatments might have an eyesight problem, because she could not focus the laser beam correctly, and kept missing focus. Dr. Kim lacks patience. He appears to be in a hurry on everything, as if he is trying to catch a school bus. --------------------------------------------------------- Respond to owner: No, I do not want to go back in to deal with those patches and spots. They were repeatedly treated except, those four spots were missed every time, including the fourth time for which I paid additional money.

I just wanted to say thank you to dr Kim and his staff. I had a very severe case and he was able to make my nose look so much better. I am very happy with my new nose. I had lived in depression for many years with the way I looked thinking no one could help me. Dr Kim exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend him!!! He was very professional and honest with his expectations of my outcome before the procedure was done. Wish I could post pictures here but in a few weeks they will be uploaded on his website to see what a wonderful job he has done. So look for them shortly!! One very pleased momma here!!!
