Markian KunaszDr

Dr. Kunasz is a board-certified plastic surgeon since 2004. He received his training in plastic/cosmetic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. After his training, he practiced at then Brooke Army Medical Center (now San Antonio Military Medical Center), where he held the position of Chief of Plastic Surgery for 15 years, and was an adjunct professor of Plastic Surgery for the UT Health Sciences Center. He was the consultant for the Great Plains Regional medical area for the United States Army, as well as the acting consultant to the Surgeon General for Plastic Surgery for the US Army on two occasions. He also served in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he was the Theater Consultant for Plastic Surgery. He retired from the Army after 23 years of service.
