If I could give them 0 stars I would have. I called and set up my consultation with the Carney center for a breast augmentation. I was very pleased to get an appointment within a week. I received a phone call the day before to remind me of my 2pm appointment and that I should arrive 15 minutes early. I had printed out the paperwork online, so when I arrived early they had me take a seat. I sat in the crowded lobby for 40 minutes before walking out. Nobody came out and apologized that they were running late or to explain the reason as to why I was still sitting there 30 min past my scheduled appointment time. I felt as though the Carney Center did not value me as a potential patient and I would not recommend them.
