My experience was top notch! Super easy to book, easy parking, and one stop shop including a CT Scan on site! I deeply appreciated the staff being able to text and email with me as I am usually in meetings all day and playing phone tag with providers that haven't stepped into the modern age is vexing. Scheduling, paperwork, everything really was smooth and easy. I felt the super friendly staff actually respected my time and i'm excited to have an ENT partner I can rely on in Burbank.

While this office was all shiny and new the issue I wanted addressed was never addressed. I NEVER EVEN SAW THE DOCTOR at all!! When I asked about seeing him the tech looked at me like I was crazy to ask? I’m still having pain in my ear and will seek another doctor. They tried to strong arm me into a procedure about something completely unrelated, asking me to sign consent forms multiple times! WTH??? I said CLEARLY I would consider a procedure but was asked yet again to sign forms….?! Ugh. This place feels like a scam wanting to sell procedures. So sad.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT go here if you value your health, as they preform unnecessary scans and try to sell procedures that you may not need in order to milk your insurance. One of the worst scam offices Ive ever seen. I went in because I had impacted earwax which was causing incredible pain, and hearing loss (I was diagnosed by a doctor on a trip, who only was caring his otoscope, he told me to see an ENT). I called the office asking if they did earwax removal and they assured me they did. I went in as they had pretty good reviews and were close by. I went to see a PA cause I thought any one could remove ear wax if they had the right equipment. The first thing they did was a CT scan, which I would have said no way, I 100% did not need a CT but was not thinking clearly and could not hear what the scan type it was. The PA told me I had estachian tube dysfunction, and that I should get a estachian tube dilation and balloon sinus dilation for some reason...apparently it can be done quickly in the upcoming week. I just stared at her as I only had ear issues for only a week and asked if she could remove the ear wax. She looked in my ear and said no, cause it was too close to the eardrum, but mentioned it looked pretty bad. I was just SHOCKED...she ended up writing me some antibiotics/steroid, that if I do get better I should still come back and get the procedures done. Then the financial guy came in to tell me about the limited time offer of booking the procedures at a really good deal...that I may or may not need. He handed me a FAQ sheet about the procedures, but accidentally also handed me the prices for all the things they were doing to me at the current appointment. I knew it was going to be an expensive visit... It was all DISGUSTING. I ended up leaving, angry crying to my car, and still in pain. I immediately went on Amazon, and purchased a ear wax removal kit (you should see an actual doctor if you do not know whats wrong). Within a day or so my ear drum started to healing, and now fully fine. Its truly unbelievable that they have good reviews, Im guessing they are fake. If you do go, get a second opinion.

Dr. Hershkovitch and his team are absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing them regularly since the practice opened for aesthetic injections and have sent multiple people his way as well. The team is top- notch and Doctor has excellent bedside manner, takes the time to talk through each procedure and is extremely detail- oriented. I only trust him with my face!

I had such a great experience all around here. I found Dr H on ZocDoc last minute when I was trying to find an ENT asap for a horrible tinnitus issue and was able to make an appointment the next day. The front desk staff is so friendly and attentive. Dr H is fantastic- he has a demeanor that puts you at ease and dives right into the issue. He’s also patient and informative if you have a lot of questions.
