Jun 12, 2023I've seen Sheda for laser treatment of some broken capillaries on my face and have been so pleased with the results. She was very helpful outlining the course of treatment and options. I very much appreciate that the office runs on schedule and that Sheda is efficient but at the same time very friendly. Will be back!

May 12, 2023After a series of scarily unsuccessful treatments with fillers and skin tightening procedures, I mustered the courage to see Dr. Melda Issac. Dr. Issac and her team listened to my concerns and wishes, and were very reassuring. The ‘tweakments’ Dr. Issac performed on my face were great, exactly what I was hoping for - I look fresher and more rested and will come back for more. Thank you very much, Dr Isaac and team.

Mar 29, 2023My review is only of the office staff, not the doctors. I’m very disappointed that I won’t be seeing the doctors. I made an appointment and was told it would be complimentary. Upon arrival I confirmed and was told I need to pay. I’ve made other consultation appointments because I want to find a doctor that I like, so it’s a question I always ask. I was told that I’m wrong - which is fine. Maybe I made a mistake, but the delivery was curt and dismissive. The entire vibe was exactly the opposite of what I want from someone that I’m trusting my face with! I’m in the service industry and even if the mistake is with my customer, I would at least offer a smile and an apology, especially when the customer is calm and kind. Class isn’t just necessary with the physician when I’m choosing an office.

Nov 3, 2022I have seen Dr. Isaac for 15 years and counting, and she is the best dermatologist in Washington D.C. She is an expert in her field, uses the latest medicine and technology, and her commitment to care is thoughtful and meticulous. She keeps my skin healthy and glowing. I've literally received so many compliments about my skin, even from total strangers. I love how Dr. Isaac customizes my skin needs, so I can look and feel my best! Her staff members are attentive and always make me feel at home. Thank you, Dr. Isaac and staff!!

Sep 23, 2022I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Isaac! I am in my late 20s and was starting to see wrinkles in my forehead before I got my first Botox treatment a few months ago.
I was very hesitant and nervous about the experience but Dr. Isaac was patient and answered all of my questions. The results were amazing! She also prescribed a few treatments for hormonal breakouts and my skin has not been this clear in years!
A few other added bonuses about the clinic:
- They are super easy to schedule with and very friendly
- I am in and out in 15 minutes
- Their partner pharmacy (Care Connect Pharmacy) is SO easy to work with and ships prescriptions quickly and with ease
I'd definitely recommend Dr. Isaac - even if just for a consultation!
