Getting any surgery can be nerve wracking, but Dr. Ablavsky has made this entire experience a breeze for me. I felt so safe in his care! I received a tummy tuck with liposuction, breast implant removal and a breast lift and I am in love with my results! He was very dedicated to learning the specifics of the results that I was expecting from my procedures. Aftercare is amazing, I was able to reach him on his cell with any questions or concerns. His staff is wonderful! One of the most important steps in deciding to move forward with plastic surgery is which surgeon you choose, and Dr. Ablavsky is a great choice.

Micheal Ablavsky MD was great. After several consultations with several different surgeons, I knew immediately this doctor was for me. He has extremely well bed side manners. He explains everything extremely thorough and gives you his undivided attention throughout the entire consultation. Once you schedule your surgery, you are provided his personal cell phone number for any additional questions concerns that you may have wish again you will continue to have after the surgery that way if any issues occur, you have his attention immediately. He listened to exactly what I was wanting and delivered. He has a kindness able him that makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Ablavsky to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. It wasn’t just the Dr but the staff is amazing as well. Office manager Mari is so sweet and explains everything with the finances. Every thing went so smooth that I was able to just focus on me and the Healing process. My Breast augmentation with the lift came out fabulous. I can’t say enough good stuff about this office and Dr Ablavsky. I know everyone will have this great experience and I highly recommend you give them a call. I know the consultant is not free but it’s worth having that peace of mind that you have selected the right surgeon, you will not be disappointed. I had 5 total consultations in San Antonio for my procedure and I do hope I can help anyone save some time and go start to Dr Ablavsky and his staff. My only issue is I may want to go bigger in my breast size in the future and I know exactly who I’ll go to.

I went to a few consultations and Dr. Ablavsky was by far the best one. Dr. Ablavsky answered all my questions, he’s very professional and makes you feel comfortable. My surgery went great and healing went extremely well. Dr. Ablavsky gave his cell phone just in case we needed to reach him post surgery and always explained what to expect after the surgery. He is really a remarkable doctor, I am beyond happy with my results. His staff Alyssa and Mari are amazing and helpful. I have referred friends to him and would high recommend to anyone. Dr.Ablavsky and his staff are the best of the best!

I am really pleased with the results I've received from Dr Ablavsky. His office is very clean and well organized, and he has an outstanding team. I felt very comfortable and at ease being in the care of Dr. Ablavsky. My surgery was smooth, and he was available for any questions. This was my first major surgery, him and his team did a great job making it an easy and comfortable experience.
