I brought my wife to Dr Yates office for a botox treatment. Finding the office was a breeze and in a high visability area. The waiting room was very neat and orderly in appearance and the ambience was very laid back not pushy or strict. The punctuality of the appointment time was spot on and paper work was straight forward to the point not burdensome. Dr. Yates cosmetic work is fantastic. My wife and I are ecstatic with the results. He did outstanding work and he puts the customer's wishes first, along with his incredible experience he has a great personality. I am highly recommending Dr Yates. It's been a year since I took my wife to see Dr Yates and her frown lines are coming back now but not deep frown lines. Her smile lines are still holding up very well and no noticeable crows foot/feet lines on the outboard side of each eye. This is fantastic work and my wife's face is the proof. So I am definitely recommending Dr Yates to everyone who wants to look great beauty wise and feel confident with one's self-esteem.

Molly his nurse and Dr Yates lied about my fees! I was attacked by a dog and went in for a consultation about scar revision. I and my atty was told the fee would be $130. My atty prepaid this! When I got there is walk in and said I can’t do anything for you now not in the future. It’s healed well. I asked if the $130 was all or if they needed my insurance info because they had covered everything else. Dr said that would be fine. They turn around and send my Atty a $500 bill on top of the $130 that’s already been paid. I called Molly and she said that was for the visit and the $500 was for Yates to write the letter. I said I told you I had insurance to cover this. She said well you said you have an Atty. Yes of course I do. Well we do this all the time he had to review your chart. I said review what? There was nothing to review. When I got there they wanted all of my health information to. That wasn’t any of their business unless he was going to medically treat me!! I was there to see if I needed any scar revision. Molly and Yates both lie! I wouldn’t trust them to do anything for me!!!!

Front office staff is very rude. I called asking about a appointment and Jenny was rude and hung up the phone on me.

Dr Yates is the absolute best plastic surgeon ever! I had work decades ago with the late Dr Jack Sheen in Beverly Hills. No one could touch him. He was the best in his area of expertise. Dr Yates is like Dr Sheen. The only difference is that Dr Yates isn’t just great at one procedure. Every single thing he does from a facelift to Botox is a work of art. No one comes close to him anywhere. You may think you have to go to Beverly Hills or New York to get what u want done. Well no you don’t. Take a look in your own backyard and right here in AL is a hidden jewel, Dr Yates. He is not arrogant or flashy. He won’t do more than he believes is ethical and best for you. He doesn’t push things on you to make a buck. I just have never seen any doctor like him and I am a doctor myself. He is thoughtful, kind, precise, with a keen attention to detail and an artists eye. I admire him greatly.

Dr. Yates and his staff are the best! They make you feel so good about yourself. I am so so happy about my outcome after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Yates!
