Not sure what I was expecting but it was NOT THIS My first visit here was to accompany my mother for a surgery. Pre-op appointment was on a Monday 1st red flag, upon walking into the office upstairs there were no available seats, when seats finally became available they were so uncomfortable to sit in. Even the women who had just had procedures were just standing around. (i will say that alot of these women are not even physically able to sit due to surgeries BUT there should be accommodations for them, in a separate area. Yes bloody bandages are normal and drains everywhere but my personal opinion is some patients do not like to be seen that way in a room full of people) 2nd red flag, after about 2 hours of paper work and a 10 minute pre-op visit we were on our way, with no definite time for the surgery the following day. It wasnt until maybe 4-5 pm we received a call to be there at 7am. When surgery day finally arrived we waited for over an hour for someone to even call my mothers name. A nice young lady with either severe allergies or a cold, handed me the after care paper work and prescriptions to take to the nearest drug store. The possibility of this woman having a cold and working with people (without a mask) who are just about to head into a surgery and could get sick was mind blowing to me. After 3 hours of waiting for an anesthesiologist to become available after 10 am the surgery began. I was surprised to see a call coming from my mother when I was told they would be calling me letting me know she was ready. I was instructed to pull around to the back side of the building next to 2 trash bins to pick up my mother. She was rolled out in a wheelchair and we were on our way. I had never visited an establishment like this, but i expected more. These men/women have traveled and spent thousands to get work done and my mother loves her results but this is simply not a place i'd recommend.

The absolute best surgery center, from the call center to the front desk, nurses, surgeons .. everyone. Amazing staff and amazing surgeon! Thank you so much Dr.Marina I LOVE my results. Dr. Marina keeps in contact with me by texting me and answering me no matter what time it is. I'm so happy with Xiluet and beyond happy with Dr.Marina I love her so much.

I had my surgery with Dr Tatarian, I'm in love with everything He's incredible, and he knows what he's doing, and he takes care of everything all the time, answers all the questions, a professional who really knows what he's doing. My tummy tuck is perfect. And about the xiluet team, the receptionists, masseuse, nurses, anesthesiologist and all the people they are wonderful, they spoke with affection and attention, when I'm there I feel like my family is with me. I'm in love with everything, the clinic is clean and beautiful. Thank you so much all Xiluet team. You are amazing guys. ❤️.

Leaving a review for Xiluet because I did my breast implant exchange (I had a lift with implants at Spectrum in 2016) that I did in July 2021. I paid for my procedure with cash, out of pocket. It was smooth, including the labs and physical I had to do (I had to do my breast ultrasound asap before flying out to Miami). I had my surgery with Dr. Mike who spoke with me about the different profile and sizing. He gave me what I wanted (something the surgeon at Spectrum did not do). I have 650 CC ultra high profile). My previous breast implants left me with CC and a hardened implant, so revising them with the exchange through a new BA was the only way to do it. The anesthesiologist Dr. G was awesome too. I woke up with a heated blanket and heater and minimal pain, I felt woozy. I was able to walk. My mobility was fine, my surgery was a Tuesday and I was back in NY Saturday morning. Overall, good experience. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is Dr. Mike could be more personable. In my opinion. Good Dr, but to the point and polite. He does give you what you want. Another thing, I had a dehiscense (never got an infection) on the vertical wound on my breasts, leading the sutures to separate. It closed on its own eventually , even freaking me out, but my scars are darker (almost 3 years later) and I’m trying to figure out how to lighten them. I still think it’s a nice surgical center, but the scarring is just so dark and even though I love my breasts, that’s the only con. I would still come back here.

Based on my experience at Xiluet, the staff was extremely nice and professional. While their English skills at the front desk may not be perfect, they work hard to ensure that you get the answers you need. Throughout the facility, you will see all the doctors listed, so there are no surprises or catfish situations. The offices are very clean, but one minor flaw is the lack of paper towels in the restrooms. During my week-long stay, I visited the office three times and there were no paper towels available in any of the restrooms or sitting rooms. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift performed by Dr. Benjamin, and the procedure went great. On the morning of the surgery, Dr. Benjamin gave me a detailed overview of what to expect, while his nurse practitioner provided me with information on post-operative care. I followed all the instructions, including staying for a week as instructed, drinking plenty of water, and walking regularly. By adhering to the post-operative care plan, I was able to have my tubes removed before leaving and most of my swelling had subsided. The compassion and care shown by the team at Xiluet were exceptional. You are not just a number at this facility; you receive personalized care and attention from great people. The results of my surgery were amazing, and all the ladies I saw at the facility who had undergone procedures looked fantastic. While I did not undergo a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), many of the women there did, and their results appeared natural. Additionally, most of the women were up and moving around, which speaks to the safety and effectiveness of the procedures performed at Xiluet. I am thrilled that I chose Xiluet for my surgery. The facility is conveniently located across from a hospital with an emergency department, adding an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Overall, my experience at Xiluet was positive, and I am extremely satisfied with the results of my surgery.

DO Not do any Surgery with them very bad, they just want your money I had liposuction &BBL surgery with Dr Titan on 12/12/2023 . The result very bad

This place has an incredible doctors . Dr Tatarian. But I will not spend another dime with them. My coordinator is terrible. She do not like to communicate...
