This review is especially for anyone with debilitating dental anxiety: I’m honestly terrified of dental work and getting anything done. My anxiety level is through the roof to the point that I had to physically force myself to go. I was having extreme pain due to my wisdom teeth (all four) which were in for way too long. When I went for my evaluation, the Doctor Neil Agnihotri and his nurse (I don’t remember her name) was incredibly sympathetic and verbally walked me through what surgery and post surgery would be. They’re genuine nature and patients meant so much to me. As scared as I was, they emanated trust and safety. Side note: this building/the rooms/ is sooooo clean and sterile looking. Nice and bright. Which mattered to me considering it’s surgery. When I went in for my actual surgery, I went with my husband and my mother. I was shaking from head to toe and had to hold back tears which is super unlike me. *I want to cry again, just thinking about the epicness of this staff. Erica at the front desk was emotionally supportive on the phone before I came and once again when I got there. She had such people skills and her personal experience with the doctor/how she spoke about him/ the obvious belief she had in the practice she worked for was encouraging. Barbra, the nurse that prepared me for surgery and was with me throughout, even let me breakdown and cry, offering so much support, with zero judgment or impatience. I am so beyond grateful for her presence that day. When the doctor came in, he was the same as he was at my evaluation. Very kind, encouraging, and understanding of my issues. I really can’t recommend this place and this staff, enough. This was hard for me to do and these people made it so much easier. Five stars isn’t enough.

This is the best medical office I have ever been to. Everyone from the secretary to the surgeon is incredible. I had lower jaw surgery and a genioplasty on 11/1/2023. Everyone understood my anxiety and answered any question I had. No concern of mine or pain I feel is ever dismissed. Dr. Agnihotri’s bedside manner, passion, and skill cannot be beat. You won’t find a better surgeon to get the job done. As busy as he may be, he still makes you feel like a top priority the moment he walks into the room. Most of us know that finding a decent doctor can be a nightmare.. so I have to let everyone know that Agnihotri is an absolute gem. I am forever grateful for his kindness and his work. I’ve never had to worry about anything throughout this journey; I’ve received so much support from the most compassionate assistants as well. They definitely hold a special place in my heart! I cannot thank them enough.
