Dr Bastidas was extremely nice upon meeting him in my consultation and I was so excited to work with him on my procedure. Sadly, the office team doesn’t have it together. I have been waiting over a year for them to respond to my numerous inquiries about scheduling and cost but no one there seems to know how to go about this process of answering the patients inquiries and getting them scheduled. If you have over two years to wait for a surgery than maybe this is the place for you otherwise hard pass don’t waste your time.

I could not speak more highly of Dr. Nick Bastidas. I came all the way from Charlotte to take my son to see Dr. Bastidas for ear molding. Dr. Bastidas took time to explain the procedure, what I could expect for my son, and answer all of my (many) questions. He was patient and professional the whole time. I did days of research, and I was willing to fly anywhere in the country for the best doctor that I could find. My research led me to Dr. Bastidas. I had a breast lift and implants in another country, unfortunately I had a bad result which made me very complex about my appearance and very afraid to go back to the operating room. Dr Bastidas always gave me his honest opinion, made me feel comfortable and never rushed, always listened to my concerns and understood my fears. All of my questions were answered and him and the staff made me feel important and welcome each time I came through the door. He gave me the confidence, security and tranquility that I needed to make the decision to have the second surgery. After surgery I was able to text his NP Robin at any time as many times I needed or had any question and all my questions were answered, she was always available (another plus for me). My breasts feel natural, I am more than happy with the shape and size, people don’t realize that I have implants cause they look so real and when I tell them, I get a lot of compliments.
