Dr. Pearce is amazing! He takes his time, is very informative and makes you feel comfortable. His staff is also friendly and welcoming! I was nervous to get lip filler for the first time, but I’m very happy with my results thanks to Dr. Pearce :)

Dr. Pearce was on call at Round Rock Medical Center at a very difficult moment for my family. My son experienced a very bad motorcycle accident on Sept. 12, 2022 and Dr. Pearce operated on him to repair the cosmetic results of severe head trauma. He has operated on my son 3 times, the last one being 2 days ago. He did miraculous work in restoring my son’s head shape and eye socket to normal. He worked for 6.5 hours in surgery this time to fix some abnormalities and my son looks great. We are so grateful to Dr. Pearce!

After a major weight loss and a few uncomfortable consultations, I decided to look outside the San Antonio area to have a tummy tuck and an arm lift. Dr Pearce was my first consultant after expanding my search. When I walked in his office, I was greeted with the biggest smiles. After meeting Dr Pearce, I knew I found my surgeon!! I’m a year post op and feel amazing! Dr Pearce is a perfectionist!! I’ve recommended him to a couple people!

I went to Dr. Pearce for a breast augmentation. He is transparent, kind, and funny. Him and his crew made me feel comfortable and welcome considering this was my first time having a procedure like this done. My surgery went smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.
