My husband had his surgery with Doctor Rubin two weeks ago and he healed remarkably. You would never know he had his eyes done after the first week! One eye was closing due to muscle loss from a detached retina a year ago and had to be lifted through surgery. He also had his other eye done to match and now he can see and he looks amazing. It is not easy matching them but he did a fantastic job. The staff and Doctor were wonderful and Dr. Rubin called that evening to see if he was doing ok. We cannot say enough good things and highly recommend him to anyone for this type of surgery or anything he does. Eyes are very important and the Doctor should be the best which Dr. Rubin is. Dr Rubin provides nothing short of excellence in his evaluation, surgical procedure and post care follow up. A droopy eyelid that caused me problems with reading, etc. sent me to this highly recommended specialist. I suspected I wouldn’t qualify under insurance, so I did not have that particular examination, but it was bothering me enough to not care. From beginning to end his staff displayed professionalism and caring. Dr Rubin was skilled, thorough and relieved any anxiety I had. The surgical procedure and healing process went very smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! A big thank-you to Dr Rubin and his STAFF. I became Dr. Rubin's patient in August 2020; I had a bump under my right eyelid. Two months later he had to perform surgery and the healing took 4 long months. This year I went through the same suffering on the left side in August 2021 and I had surgery on October 26. Dr. Rubin again came to my rescue. My experience with Dr. Rubin is amazing. For me, he is the best in this profession; he is very respectful, patient and professional. He calls you personally after surgery to check on you. He creates a relationship with you where he is a doctor and a friend. He will take a bad situation and reverse it where it becomes a joke and he will use it to make you laugh when the procedure is painful. He also has a great staff; they are polite, customer service oriented and sensitive to your situation. I don't know how else to describe him. Only if you need the best ophthalmologist in Palm Beach County give him a call.

Dr Rubin is great! I highly recommend him. I lost my eye due to a gunshot. Dr Rubin worked with me for months to get everything right, review the cat scan and we had planned for two surgeries. One was to remove my eye & clean out everything. The second would be to remove scar tissue and fix my lower eyelid. During a single surgery Dr Rubin was able to take care of both. After things healed I got a new prosthetic eye and everything looks great 👍 just like my original eye and it is very hard to tell one of my eyes is not real. If you need eye surgery go to Dr Rubin. He has excellent hands and tons of experience doing simple and complicated cases. Mine was very complicated and I am very happy with the result.
