Regret I went there!!!! I had bad experience. I do Botox every year, this year I went to Dr smith. RED flag was when Dr entered the room with 2 syringes he said -Hi! and right away went behind me,ready inject Botox… Kinda unprofessional. I said -Wait! what’re you gonna do? don’t you need to look at my face first? (check my mimic at least) Muscle between eyebrows was bothering me, he suggested also forehead. I said -OK! Just a little bit! (I like to have mimic, and forehead wasn’t bothering me) 3 days later -WOW :( my Eyebrows just dropped down, hanging skin above the eyes!!! that I NEVER had. Right eyebrow dropped much Lower than left… That’s happened because he injected Botox in wrong zones, forehead extremely frozen, too much,it’s not even ok. ( I have to lift hanging skin put on mascara) Muscle between my eyebrows the reason i went there,looked like wasn’t even touched. So Dr. ignored my preference and decide to do what he want because 1 syringe could be enough but he decide inject 2 syringes 20 units just in my forehead. One more thing; He injected different type of Botox than 5 years ago.He didn’t even warned or asked me if I’m ok with changes. Usually needs 14 days, this one 3 days to get result. I don’t like jump from one to another type I don’t like mix. I came back asking Dr for help how we can fix it? He was giggling and telling me -oh nothing symmetrical in this world. Huh? Such a disrespectful reaction. When I was calling, front desk lady was annoyed by me because i asked questions about my previous visit 5 years ago to figure out what could create that terrible result. She can’t find this/that information, the product the same(obviously not) Dr so careless about situation, the clinic didn’t tried solve the problem, zero help, zero empathy. Result: I paid 350$ to look older…dropped cricket eyebrows + hanging skin that I never had, amounts of units that I don’t even need +Grumpy look because of that mix, insecurity and stress. I wanted look pretty for important event, and that mess to go away needs monthSs… I’m so upset ,disappointed, and feel disrespected.

The doctor and staff were amazing!!! I will recommend this place to everyone I know. I was beyond nervous and the doctor put my mind at ease. I look forward to my surgery now!

Amazing Dr. Smith really knows what he is doing! I wouldn't trust any other doctor but him. He is amazing at his profession and can look at any face and recommend the perfect solution of what it needs to be balanced and proportional. My confidence has risen so much since my first surgery with him!

I had my first botox treatment with Dr. Smith about 6 weeks ago on a referral. He made it very simple and comfortable and the procedure was nearly painless. He went over what I should expect and told me not to hesitate to call with questions or schedule a follow up appt if I needed to change anything once the results set in. I’ll be back for future treatments/procedures!

Warm, warm, warm! I took an immediate liking to Dr. Gregory Smith during the initial consultation. He had a warm, genuine smile and an easy laugh-a rarity these days. He was personable, upbeat, exuberant and unpretentious, all of which was a signal to me that he was cool and confident in his area of expertise, not smug; I didn't have to contend with the usual condescension and smugness veiled by politesse. It was very evident that he was neither burned out, nor sitting on his laurels. Not once did he pressure me to submit to additional procedures, or procedures I wasn't ready for; this had the paradoxical effect of peaking my interest in, and planning on, further surgeries. Sandra is as personable as she is professional: sharp, quick, efficient, she remembers patients by name when they call the office. The attending nurse smiled and waved warmly to me upon my first post-op visit; that's a biggie in my book. The one and only change I would make would be the installation of a separate, discrete, private entrance/exit for patients to be used on the day of surgery and post-op visits.
