I am so thankful for the knowledgeable, thorough and professional care from Dr. TerKonda. He was thorough and honest in his diagnosis. His team worked well with Kaiser, although there was some duplicate billing, which they were happy to take care of. Dr. TerKonda has a bedside manner that puts you at ease and lets you know you will be well taken care of. He deeply cares for the wellbeing of his patients. In today’s uncertainty, doctors like him are needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a gifted doctor!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. TerKonda. He is thoughtful in his assessments, thorough in explaining your options to you, and an incredibly skilled surgeon. I have had two procedures done by him - a septoplasty in September 2023, and an Inspire implant in November 2023. My life has improved immeasurably thanks to my consultations with him, and I heartily recommend his work to anyone experiencing issues with their sinuses or their sleep apnea. A wonderful man who does outstanding work.

I've been to several different kinds of doctors and this by far is the best experience I've had in recent years. Dr. Terkonda and his staff listened and DID NOT make me feel like they were on a time crunch. Maya, (the MA) took notes and provided information to Dr. TerKonda prior to him walking in the room. Though I consider this 'normal', this has not been my experience with other doctors and facilities I sought help from. I very much appreciate everyone making this office visit and exam an actual medical experience with respect. Though we did not draw a specific conclusion to the cause of ocular/sinus pain, we were able to eliminate some possible causes that were suspect. Dr. Terkonda referred me to another type of specialist that may be able to help further. The waiting room and the people in it had a relaxed energy. The staff was courteous, professional and relaxed. I felt heard at Cherry Creek Face and Skin.

In June 2022 I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction with Dr. Terkonda. He did a great job explaining what was going on, and my surgery itself was very successful. He was *hours* late to my procedure with no updates for me the entire time. I understand this happens, but I live far away so it was an even bigger burden on my family to add hours to their time...not to mention not eating for nearly 20 hours wasn't pleasant. My surgery came out far above the estimated amount, even with doing less work than he told me would have to be done (as a medical professional I understand insurance and these are just estimates, but it still stung the bank account pretty bad). All of that could have been forgiven if his billing and office staff weren't such a nightmare. Copays and payments were all messed up every appointment, and over 18 months later I received yet another bill. I have tried to call them multiple times for explanations, but they only accept voicemails and they are never returned. While Dr. Terkonda did a great job on my surgery and I'm so thankful to be able to breath for the first time in over 20 years, I cannot recommend him because he isn't worth the nightmare that is everything else about the practice.

Dr. TerKonda was such a blessing to me last week. He was so kind to fit me in with an urgent ear matter before my upcoming travel. I couldn’t be more grateful for his patience and generosity with his time and expertise. His care helped identify what else needed to be done and to quickly get the best treatments. My family and I will forever be thankful for all he did for me!
