Dr. Mockler has a way of making you feel comfortable, along with Ms. Michelle, whom is a saint as far as I'm concerned. Thank you guys for being patient with me and I cannot wait for surgery!

“In at age 54 and out feeling 34!😃”. And going back for more!!! Between the front desk, each and EVERY Nurse and Dr. Mockler himself (who my Husband and I fondly refer to as a “Sculptor and Artist”) I couldn’t have wished for a more positive and respectful experience! My surgery not only included a breast lift but also implants, biopsy and liposuction to get rid of that “side boob” most of us do not enjoy trying to hide😉. We were told my surgery would take about 5 hours not only because of the “extras” (versus just a lift or implants alone) but quoting his Office AND Surgery Center Nurses, “Because Dr. Mockler is a perfectionist!”….and I think that’s one of the most calming and impressive compliments you can hear about your Dr. while going into any surgery, especially if you might be a little nervous. Then there’s the after care appointments…and honestly, my Husband and I NEVER felt like we were alone during my entire recovery. It truly felt like Dr. Mockler and his Team were my biggest cheerleaders and holding my hand from my very first appointment and especially throughout my recovery process. There’s so much more I could say about what an amazing experience I had but I’ll end with, if you are even “considering” exploring having an elective surgery, in my opinion, there is no need to go anywhere else than to Dr. Mockler! And in my Husband’s own words “Honey, Dr. Mockler literally made you look exactly like you had hoped!” And that was all due to Dr. Mockler and his entire Team! Thank you to EACH of you individually for being so Patient, Kind and Exceptionally Detailed to make this 54 year old Wife, Mother and Grandmother feel so beautiful and young again🥰. Dr. Mockler and entire staff make cosmetic procedures a most pleasant experience. I received multiple treatments at this practice and each time, I was very happy! Their bedside manner, after care/follow-up with their patients is also excellent. I would entrust Dr. Mockler in any of my future plastic surgeries. He delivers phenomenal results !

Worst experience. After learning the devastating news of having cancer, and having a bilateral mastectomy, I placed myself in the hands of a doctor who does not listen to his patient. Thanks to this, after seven surgeries in a span of ten months, I now had to endure one more. Surgeries present long recovery, both physical and financial. The results of this last surgery were clearly not great, but, I found out, this doctor does not accept any negative comments, even as gently and politely laid out as mine were. Not only was he not willing to revise this last surgery, but he also fired me as a patient in the most cowardly way: he let his office director handle the unsavory deed. Therefore I had to go to another plastic surgeon to finish and correct his work. I wish I had selected this other surgeon from the beginning.

I had some skin cancer removed from the helix on my ear. The dermatologist thought he could cause it to heal ok, even though he took a large piece from my ear. After two weeks it was not healing like I had been told so I called Dr. Mockler's office. Michelle, one of his fabulous staff was very helpful and got me in right away. Two days later I was in surgery. Dr. Mockler and his staff are the best. I can't say enough of how just how good they are. I highly recommend Dr. Mockler.
