No respect for customers! I never write reviews but office manager not profesional at all Lana Lowe. I had a consultation with Dr. Chipps lovely lady and very helpful. They asked for a 250.00 down payment for my future treatment and asked to schedule my appointment, which I did. They had remodeling going on at there Beverly Hills location around the time I had my appointment they rescheduled twice and asked to call back to when I was able to come in which I did and there was no availability. I call now and they where not able to honor my payment towards treatment because because they changed owners and to top it off I received a very nasty attitude from the office manager, not helpful and not willing to even help. Very surprised and disappointed from a well known business like this.

The office is very professionally run by all the staff! All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Moy is a skilled Mohs Surgery doctor. This is my second surgery with Dr. moy. Very happy with both outcomes!

Dr. Moy is very professional . He finished my surgery quickly and within an hour the office let me know the results. We were able to walk on Rodeo Road in Beverly Hills while we were waiting for the results. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Moy!

I read all the mixed reviews, but still decided to give MFC a shot because all derm places really have mixed reviews. I had a pleasant experience. I didn’t wait long in the waiting room, I waited what I’d say is a typical amount of time to see Dr. Fincher, probably 20ish mins. Between Dr. Fincher and Kaitie I was well-informed about my Aviclear treatment and they answered all my questions and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Kaitie actually performed the treatment and she was absolutely freaking amazing, very knowledgeable, and she made me feel very comfortable. I’ll be seeing her again for my next round. The original 3 stars was only for billing, they were up front about the price and that the consultation fee would apply to my same day treatment, HOWEVER, when I left they had definitely charged me separately for both. This is confusing. I saw a couple others mentioned this too. I understand that they probably want to get the consultation charge on there ASAP so they get it even if you don’t do the treatment, but to not refund the $250 after since, “it’s applied to the same day treatment cost” is a bit shady. Once I saw both charges I emailed Nina and am currently waiting to see if this is gets resolved. This should be something that happens immediately when they charge you for treatment at the end of the appointment if it’s supposedly applied to a treatment cost. This was resolved the next business day, so I’m happy to give them the full 5 stars Update: I just had my third and final treatment with Katie. Each time I came in I didn’t wait long at all. Katie was awesome each time and I enjoyed making the trek to get the treatments partially because the process was so smooth and generally relaxing. Highly recommend!

A 5 so far. Of course that's before the pain killer wears off. Had Mohl procedure. DR. Moy and his team worked very quickly and in moments they are done. Fortunately they only needed one go at it and after insuring margins are good they closed it up. Very nice and competent surgeon. The Assistants were excellent and caring.

New patient, waited a solid hour for Dr Chipps 8:30a-9:30a and decided to leave after an hour. Not going to wait an hour to be seen today or in the future....
