After two years of research and savings, I chose the amazing Board Certified Plastic surgeon based in Atlanta...Dr.Celestin. I treated my BBL provider search very seriously, as this is an investment for your body, your temple. While I may have lost money and time during this research process, I gained a wealth of knowledge. Therefore, by being patient and refusing to settle, I found Dr. Celestin-a true artist in her field of science; a doctor whose experience is matched by her expertise,yielding impeccable results. For starters, her dream team is amazingly supportive and responsive. From onset, when I called Dr. Celestin's office to inquire about fees, Erica and Keisha were respectful and patient with me. I asked a million questions and they provided me with the respect and excellent service I needed to feel comfortable before I even met Dr. Celestin on my virtual consultation (I live in the Big Apple) in October of 2018. After five consultations with other Plastic surgeons in Miama and Atlanta, this by far was the best and most informative....here's why. Dr. Celestin was on time with my first consultation and she was beautiful! Her beauty is not just defined in her appearance, this doctor is intelligent, patient, kind,funny and personable. She asked many questions regarding my health and my parents health. She took the time to educate me on the risk and all the positives that come from the BBL procedure. My wish pics were evaluated carefully before the consult and she let me know that she would be able to give me the curves that my 5 ft 1, now 149 lbs self desired. Please understand I wanted to look natural, but curvy, as I have no intention of quitting my current career to model my backside on social media. No shade to my Queens that do,bless you, but it was not the look I was going for, so Dr.Celestin was the perfect fit for my needs. I scheduled my surgery the week before Christmas on 12/19/18. From my consult to the appointment, I obtained paperwork needed from my pre and post success for the BBL and received responsiveness when I had a question. Even when there was a mistake on my quote (hospital fees as yes Dr. Celestin does have admitting privileges to Southern Regional Hospital) Keisha and the hospital worked together in a matter of days to resolve. The surgery went great; I woke up in my right frame of mind (very nauseous due to anesthesia) with a swollen beautiful behind, a tiny waist with zero back fat. She didnt just inject my fat here or there, she contoured by body to match my frame. The first few days after my procedure were hell because my pains meds needed to me upped (they were) and even during the Christmas holiday, Dr. Celestin were responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Yes, I am snatched, yet I don't look like I had work done. For those that didn't know me, they'd assume God just magically gave me no waist, no back fat but contoured me like an hourglass with a behind and hips proportionate to my frame. Dr. Celestin was 8 months pregnant during this time and it was Christmas, and yet has been nothing short of amazing to me and my partner who was/is my caregiver. While I have not fully healed (two week post) Dr. Celestin has transformed my body and has given me her undivided attention pre and post procedure. While recovering solely depends on your body and other factors, it was great to have a brilliant surgeon who has a competent support team to help you along the way. As a woman, I did this for me and ONLY me, and I will say that I am impressed (it takes alot to "wow" me). I already love the results and my treatment thoughout this process. You are in good hands with Dr.Celestin!
