Dr Couvillion is the best Doctor anyone could ask for. He’s caring and compassionate and works hard to give his patients the best outcome. I am extremely pleased from day of consultation to surgery and followed up appointments. He gave me the most amazing results! He and Dolores have been very attentive and accommodating to my needs. My husband had a huge wound in his right groin, a complication of a surgery he had. Dr Couvillian was called in because of his reputation as a reconstructive and plastic surgeon, he was also in charge of his wound care. We couldn't be more pleased with him. Even though my husband no longer is in the hospital in The Med Center and is in skilled nursing over an hour away Dr. Couvillian is still in charge of his wound care. At some point his plan is to do a skin graft over part of the wound. I have never met a more caring doctor. He cares about your whole being and likes to get to know you as a person and not just a patient. He came to see my husband on his day off once and another time he was going out of town and he came by to see my husband on his way out. The rating on here only gives you the option to go up to 5, however, if I could I would give him a 10. He's the best.

As a surgical operating room nurse for 18 years, when it came to choosing my bilateral breast explant surgeon, I definitely had done my homework and research prior to consulting with Dr. Couvillion. There were many factors that lead to my choosing Dr. Couvillion. First, because of his training and background in micro surgical breast reconstruction. Secondly, for his precision as a skilled surgeon. Third, for his incredible bedside manner and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure that I was well taken care of by all involved in the process from beginning to end...from preop to postop...from insurance approval to short term disability paperwork. Dr. Couvillion's staff is just as incredible. Delores and Janet are extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the ins and outs of all of the insurance paperwork and filings that needed to be taken care of. Postoperatively, Dr. Couvillion personally called me from his cell phone from his home both Saturday and Sunday following my procedure to check up on me. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE??? After having saline implants over the muscle for 17 years, I had developed bilateral Grade 4 capsular contractures. Dr. Couvillion performed bilateral enbloc complete capsulectomies and my results 5 months later are absolutely beautiful!! My scars are almost invisible!! I am thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with my results. Should I need any plastic surgery in the future, I will most certainly choose Dr. Couvillion again.
