Dr. Ryan Flannagan has strong ties to the state of Indiana, particularly Southwestern Indiana, as he was born and raised in Jasper. Dr. Flannagan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Indiana University. From there, he continued to Indianapolis, Indiana, where he received his Doctorate of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Upon completing his medical education, Dr. Ryan proceeded to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a highly sought-after, intensive 6-year training program in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery.

During his tenure at Cincinnati, Dr. Flannagan served as chief resident in the division of plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgery for his final year of training. Dr. Flannagan completed additional advanced cosmetic surgery training with established cosmetic surgery experts in Miami, Florida, before establishing his practice.

After having a bilateral mastectomy, Dr Flannagan reconstructed my breasts. He did an amazing job preparing me for the upcoming two procedures. He and his staff were always courteous and professional listening to my concerns and answering questions thoroughly. I highly recommend his services! You won’t be disappointed!

Went in for my consultation and Dr. Flannagan & his stuff was very polite and prompt. We didn't wait anymore than a couple minutes in the waiting room. Once back in the exam room they was in immediately. They answered all of our questions and went over everything we needed to know plus additional information we didn't even think of. We was so pleased with the experience & staff that we booked surgery before leaving the office.

Dr. Flannagan and his staff were wonderful! Dr.Flannagan was very informative and I felt very confident with his recommendations. I never felt pressured to proceed with a procedure and his nurses were so encouraging and helpful with awards programs and cost savings.

The entire nursing staff was amazing and so was Dr. Flannagan. They were prepared, quick, and knowledgeable. All kept me calm and comfortable, cracked jokes with me to ease my mind. Made me feel really good about myself! Highly recommend!

Wow! What an awesome experience. Everyone was super friendly. On time and all the staff was so comforting and helpful. Dr Flannagan even called me later the night I had my surgery to check on me? I had an upper and lower eye lid surgery. I highly recommend her!!
