Terrible staff well at least the medical assistant was. They didn’t even have record of me being there before or what I was doing there. Never come again. Plus I’ve been waiting for an hour. Guess they thing people don’t have lives!!

I have waited for what quite a while to have an appointment with a good dermatologist. I was very pleased that I went to Regeneris and met with Dr. Khachiyan. Everything about my experience was positive. There is easy and safe parking, a very nice building and waiting area. I had a very short wait when I got there. The receptionist and the medical assistant were also very pleasant and helpful. Most importantly Dr. Khachiyan was very good as she listened to what I had to say and was very good at explaining things to me. In addition she designed a thorough plan of action to address my various medical issues. I am a happy patient!

The level of stupidity is unreal. I explained to them I work nights and don't get to bed until 8am. So they set my appointment for a Friday at 11 anyways. So I get up, drive 45 minutes to the office, wait 15 minutes in the waiting room. After only getting two hours sleep. They call me into the room, then tell me the Dr. who does the surgery that I need, don't work Fridays and they need to reschedule me... Here's the best part, I had another appointment set up for the following Friday for the same surgery, just different part of the body. They still haven't called me to reschedule the second appointment... Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere from here on.
