2023 has been a very hard year for me due to health issues, one of my big health challenges was getting melanoma excised from my cheek. I really have appreciated Dr. Pacella and his Teams kindness and excellent work at putting my cheek back together, it is what I needed during this most difficult year of my life. I recently had Hughes Flap surgery and post op followup on my right eye performed by by Dr Pacella. The outcome has been far beyond what I expected given the results of the Mohs surgery required to remove a tumor from my lower eyelid. From the pre-surgery visit through the post op office calls and care there has been a true demonstration of concern for my well being and recovery by Dr Pacella and his staff. Should you need Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, you would do yourself a favor by choosing Dr Pacella to perform your surgery. Dr Pacella and his staff exemplify the true meaning of "Outstanding Professional Medical Care."

I was dissatisfied with my appearance, a result of aging and weight loss, and initially asked Dr Pacella to perform a mini facelift, but he suggested an even better idea: a brow lift and full face fat transfer. I was astonished at his ability to see almost instantly the procedure I needed to take years off my face. He addressed all my questions and concerns before and after the surgery, and his staff has been responsive to my needs as they arose. I expected a couple of visits post surgery and he would wish me good luck and send me on my way, but much to my surprise, at 6 weeks post-surgery, he’s continued to monitor my recovery during several in-person visits and offered helpful suggestions to optimize my recovery. I have a ways to go, but I’m already so pleased with the results and have received positive feedback from friends and family. I’m so happy I chose Dr Pacella as my surgeon.

Wow!! Where do I begin.:) First I would love to say that Dr Salvatore Pacella San Diego-Cosmetic Surgeon is the best ever & his staff is amazing as well. My whole experience throughout the whole process and not to mention the level of my care from Dr S. Pacella and his staff and anesthesiologists has been outstanding. Dr S. My husband and I can’t say it enough how Dr Pacella is very personable he cares about you and always displayed an excellent bedside manner at all times . We loved how he explained procedures well and how he put me at ease. I am truly satisfied and happy with my procedure and my overall outcome of my “Mommy Makeover”. I’m definitely strutting my stuff. ;) I look and feel better than ever! My husband and I also said it was a pleasure working with Dr Pacella. My follow office visits always made me feel like a family member and not just a patient. Dr Pacella is someone who is definitely dedicated to his patients, compassionate and always kind and he was always eager to address any questions prior and after my surgery.
