I had a much wanted breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Speron. I am very happy with my results. I wish I didn’t wait so long. Dr. Speron’s kind manner put me at ease. The office staff is also welcoming and professional.

Dr. Speron is an ethical, conservative and honest doctor. I highly recommend him and his office staff. Very pleased with our experience at his office and his surgical expertise.

Staff is very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend going here for any sort of mole removal. I did two forms of treatment: an excision/scar revision for a biopsy scar on my stomach that was revealing new traces of mole, and shave removal & laser treatments of some half-moles/half-scars on my collarbone; in retrospect, I realize that since these were basically pre-treated from many years ago and still ran deep, I should've opted for excision from somewhere else. But these have haunted my self esteem for years, and I decided to trust the surgeon. Despite shave removal & six laser treatments, however: the moles are very much still there; two look about the same, but the one further up on my collarbone is now a pink hypertrophic scar with pigment still surrounding the edges. And the excision left me with a very thick, ropey scar, not to mention large, when I was promised a thin line scar; I do believe the stitches were pulled too tight, hence the bunching. This is nearly a year after surgery; time won't make the pigment go away as far as the ones on my collarbone are concerned, and I can only hope the scars look better with time. I also had six laser treatments performed on a freckle on my cheek: still very much there; it's perhaps 10% lighter, but now oddly speckled. Staff is nice, but the procedures are vastly overpriced and in my case, did not work! Do your research and don't just decide to go here due to the awards and flawless five-star reviews. I try not to get sad (or feel foolish) at the fact that I wasted upwards of 3k for nothing but pain and terrible results.

Beware. Super expensive and he won't listen to what you have to say. I came for a scar revision and he focused on putting the scar treatment else where and...

I do not recommend due the interaction with Dr Speron. His bedside manner is in desperate need of improvement and the way he treated his staff made me...

After visiting numerous "General Surgeons" over the past 5 years to have a Lipoma and Bone Spur removed from the back of my head, I was turned away by every one of them until I finally called Dr. Speron's office. Beginning with the first phone call to his office through sub-sequential pre and post operation visits, I knew I was in the right place. Everyone in the office was helpful, professional and super sweet. Dr. Speron.... down to earth, confident and talented. The whole process start to completion took only a matter of a couple months. I no longer have to look in the mirror and see the unsightly lump on my head from a prior injury and feel confident to leave the hats at home! A day after my surgery, my bandage was removed and tears formed in my eyes when I was shown the immediate transformation. So grateful to this wonderful team. I would recommend his office to anyone needing a cosmetic surgery. Thank you all!

I've mentioned Dr. Speron in my RealSelf posts several times and was shocked to see any negative reviews at all here on yelp! I guess the Groupon crowd kind...
