Absolutely loved Dani and Dr. Jacobs during my otoplasty. Dani is super sweet and funny and Dr. Jacobs is amazing. He has a very relaxing demeanor about him which helps ease any anxiety prior to the procedure. I highly recommend this place for getting anything done! :)

I recently consulted Dr Jacobs about surgery I’m considering. I’ve spoken and worked with some of the most renowned cosmetic surgeons in the Bay Area, and I have to say, I was most impressed with Dr Jacobs. Discussing improvements to ones appearance can be tricky, as the surgeon who agrees with your assessment is confirming your insecurity. Some will recommend procedures you hadn’t even thought of, which can increase dissatisfaction with one’s look. Dr Jacobs, however, has such amazing people skills, that one comes away feeling better and more attractive. I also felt comfortable and and at ease with him and I’m absolutely sure he will exceed my expectations. He has an amazing aesthetic and the work he has done on others is outstanding. He’s the best!

I saw Dr Jacobs for an eye lift consult. Not only was he honest about my not needing the procedure just yet, he looked at my records noting that I had recently gone through chemo and surgery for cancer. He generously gave me a bottle of his Visco-Elastic Transforming Serum as an aid for skin protection and recovery for my upcoming radiation. The RN’s at radiation were amazed at my skin as the weeks of radiation progressed. I had little redness and minor flaking where others suffered from pretty dramatic side effects. I would highly recommend Dr Jacobs and his entire staff.

In conducting my research I had a mixed bag of consultations from the various doctors I selected to interview for my surgery. I asked to be placed on a waitlist for Dr. Jacobs because initially couldn't get into Dr. Jacobs in the timeline I needed to schedule my surgery. I eventually cancelled my consult and scheduled with another doctor due to timeline issues. The day after my cancellation they called me for a follow up and to get my consult scheduled due to a cancellation in their book. I decided it was the universe's way of making it happen so I went. Needless to say I cancelled the other doctor, scheduled with Dr. Jacobs, and couldn't be happier. He was technical in explaining the procedure so I fully understood what I was signing up for, he was extremely knowledgeable on necessities to ensure a healthful recovery, and I felt the most professional out of all the consults from start to finish. My results are natural, fit perfectly with my face and feel great. I wasn't sure at first if I loved my results because it wasn't a huge transformation, but in the end he gave me everything I asked for and I think it takes a true artist to make the changes and keep it natural. I don't look like I had work done and I think that is the greatest skill to achieve. Most people just tell me how great I look and don't realize that the difference in my appearance. Every day it just gets better and better.

The staff is so friendly and professional. From my first appt to my surgery date, they have always been kind and encouraging. I felt calm and confident going into surgery. Dr. Jacobs is professional and friendly and takes as much time with you as you need to have all your questions answered. I’m so happy with my experience!
