Shelly Herod at the lab med spa is warm fun and brings life to that office! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable when you come in to get your services done. She’s professional and fun all at the same time. She’s the first person you see when you come in and greets you with a smile, and that warm Texas hospitality. Then she is the last person you see whenever you leave and just makes you feel overall happy and comfortable and an environment that can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable.

I went in for a micropeel with Sadie and was extremely impressed with her service, kindness, personality, and attention to me and how I was doing during and after the procedure. Sadie listened to me and made me feel relaxed throughout the process. Days later a woman stopped me to tell me she could tell the person who did my peel was good due to the lines on my face and asked where I went and who I used! My results were spectacular and my skin feels more supple and I’ve noticed some fine lines are diminished. The healing took a little longer than the weekend but we all heal at different speeds. Sadie was there to chat with me about how I was healing and how I felt. I appreciate this above and beyond service. I loved the facility, especially Sadie and look forward to having other procedures with her. She is so knowledgeable and it’s nice to have someone tell me what to do to take care of my skin!

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the L.A.B.! I’ve been going for a little over a year now and haven’t been disappointed. In particular, I love the custom facials which have helped me so much. It’s wonderful to have treatments tailored to your particular needs. Most recently I saw Sadie! She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable and was extremely thorough. She did an an amazing job! I always feel refreshed and renewed after my appointments.

I had the absolute pleasure to have fillers done with Shelby Garcia. I was first taken back by how beautiful the LAB is, it felt so fancy and made the experience all that much better. The staff from beginning to end were so lovely. Shelby is amazing and her knowledge, skill and overall expertise was evident the moment I met her. She asked questions, she listened, she explained, she suggested and made me feel completely comfortable. There is an exact science to injecting and Shelby is amazing at it. Her goal is to help you look as natural as possible, but to get the most for your money. She understands it’s an investment and wants to partner with you to make the best choices you can and achieve the goals you are reaching for in this department. She is amazing at making it painless, and I had very little bruising(two very small bruises to be exact) I have had so many compliments and people telling me how rested and glowing I look. Natalie will come up with the perfect solution for you. She takes her time also. She's kind, you feel seen/heard, and she wants you happy with your result. I drive 25 minutes from Addison to go and see her when I have thousands of options all around me here in North Dallas. I'd fly states away to stick with her because I can rest in knowing she cares so much about me. Love her!
