I had a chin implant, neck liposuction, and Botox injected into my masseter muscles a few months ago and forgot to post a review. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive and embarrassed to undergo cosmetic procedures as a male and initially worried that the plastic surgeon’s office would be an intimidating environment for me. I was already insecure and it took a lot for me to confidently decide that I wanted these procedures. Dr. Nogan and shatti NP, alongside their office staff, were excellent. The office staff knew my name and small details about me, which immediately helped relax me and made me feel welcomed. This was such a big deal for me. Shatti also has one of the most keen eyes I’ve ever seen and immediately observed my concern and knew how to address it, with such high skill. I can’t emphasize this enough - she is such an expert at spotting facial imbalances and knowing exactly where to safely inject Botox. I never once felt afraid and knew I was in safe, competent hands. She also has a warm bedside manner and a positive joking mood which makes you feel secure and at home. Finally Dr. Nogan is one of the most humble, incredibly skilled, and patient-centered surgeons I have ever met. I never felt rushed and felt that I could fully elaborate on my concerns - but more importantly, knew that my concerns would be validated and considered. Dr. Nogan also has such a unique and warm personality- you feel like you’re talking to your best friend and can talk to him openly without embarrassment. I’m incredibly happy with my results- they far exceeded my expectations and would recommend them entirely without any reservations - especially if you’re a male and a bit insecure about the whole thing

From front desk staff to the providers, everyone was SO kind. Very welcoming and warm environment. Deejay took her time with me and listened to my wants and needs in terms of skin care and recommended realistic options for me. My Botox didn't hurt at all and was a very smooth process. I will definitely be back!!

Dr. Nogan and his team are amazing. He is kind, personable, and very skilled at all things facial plastic surgery. This excellence extends to his attentive and professional team. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Nogan! Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality care.

Dr. Nogan and Shireen have changed my life. They have supported and treated me through a life altering diagnosis of melanoma cancer on my face. I have had numerous reconstructive surgeries on my face and now past the surgeries they are doing procedures to help with the healing process and aftermath of the surgeries. The atmosphere in the office is warm and welcoming and the staff always greet you with a smile. I drive almost 2 hours every few months for treatments with them. They take time to talk with me and discuss new treatment options and ease my concerns about my new normal after the surgeries. I would HIGHLY recommend their entire team.

Overall pleased with my experience receiving a septoplasty with Dr. Nogan! I was motivated to get the procedure because I felt my deviated septum was getting worse/causing more labored breathing with each year that passed. There was a thorough consultation, and clear instructions for pre and post-op. Now, ten days post-op, I am only a little swollen and happy with the results! Not only is my breathing better but my nose is more symmetrical as a result (I attached before and after photos of my nostrils). The staff at both the office and the surgery center were polite and helpful. Thanks, Dr. Nogan!

Do NOT trust Dr. Stephen Nogan. I did and will regret it for the rest of my life. I went in for a co2 laser surgery costing over $4000. And ended up at OSU...

Dr Nogan is a great facial surgeon. He did my rhinoplasty & eye lid lift and both were amazing, I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. =)
