Very inconsiderate for out of state patients. My mother had mad an appoint for a consultation 2 month from last year. We had confirm the night before as well as the morning of the appointment date. Tickets were purchased, flights were book, vacation time was approved from work, and 1 hour into driving (just 30 minutes away from the office) the receptionist called to say that they have to cancel the appointment amd reschedule. This was on a Thursday, I explained to whomeve it was that my mother was out of state and if there was a way that they could of accommodate her Friday seeing that it was a consultation,as she was leaving that Sunday. That lady was very careless in explaining that they were booked out. So if it was the other way around we would of been charged with a late cancellation fee to accommodate the office for wasting their time, but they can do it to you without offering any assistance when they cancellation was on their end. After hanging up the phone with them I contacted another other with way better reviews (didn’t know why we didn’t see it earlier) and the lady was super helpful, I explatthe situation to her and she told me that we can come in at the end of the day seeimg that it was a consultation, with the only advise to come in an hour early to fill out the New Patient form. That my friend is service! The bright side is, if they weren’t so stink we would of never ended up at the other wonderful office. My mother now has a date set for her proceedure and I feel at ease that her trip wasn’t wasted. Shame of you for being so careless, and not having another option for your mistake.

I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Vega and his staff. Dr. Vega is friendly, caring, straight-forward and down to earth. He is extremely talented and knowledgeable, and has an incredible passion for what he does, which is to make others' lives better. I had breast reconstruction and am very happy with my results. He tailored the treatment to meet my needs and I couldn't be happier. Both he and his staff took the time to explain all of the available treatment options to me and my husband. I found him to be up-to-date - offering the best treatments available. It is a long process and I have been treated with respect by Dr. Vega and all of his staff all the way through my treatment. I highly recommend Vega Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Vega and his staff are AMAZING! I had (delayed) DIEP Flap Bilateral Breast reconstruction done by Dr. Vega...and from the moment I met him, I knew I was in the RIGHT hands!! He seems to love his work (even saying so himself), and has a smiling, comforting nature; His confidence rubbed off on me and had me feeling wonderful and confident going into the surgery, during the surgery, and then recovering. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of any of the services he offers! Love him!

I've had two surgeries with Dr. Vega and in terms of the procedures, I believe he is skilled and everything was done well but regarding everything else I feel compelled to write this review. My first experience, almost 3 years ago, was overall excellent but I guess my decision to undo my first surgery really made him upset. My second experience was stressful to say the least. I was never upset nor did I express any negative feelings about him, his work, his practice or his staff but his behavior toward me the second time around was completely uncalled for, defensive, condescending, egotistical and far too emotionally invested in what I feel was a perfectly normal request. Cristina was also a passive aggressive and condescending witch (completely different from my first experience with her), who tried to change my mind before I could even speak to him regarding my request. Also worth mentioning, I referred someone to him prior to my poor experience and that woman underwent surgery and woke up with implants intended for a different patient! I was shocked and thought it must have been some very unlucky and highly unlikely occurrence but given my second experience, I'm not sure what is going on with his office these days. My second/last surgery with him was September of 2017 and I waited to leave a review until now to make sure I was fully calm and was sure that I wanted to do so. Dr. Vega, I wish you had not treated me this way. I really loved you the first time around. Also, pretty much all of my symptoms and issues cleared up after my second surgery. This tells me they were in fact the issue! I am now happy and far healthier. I have my life back.

I just love Dr. Vega and Christina. They are very caring and did an AMAZING job. They exceeded my expectations and all at an amazing price for such experience. This is in reference to the spa and procedure. From beginning to end all of my questions were throughly answered and on the big day Dr. Vega and the team were very supportive. NOTE: Dr. Vega is the only Dr I would have ever trusted for what I needed. He maintains a very positive reputation and amazing results. My deep respect rests with knowing if he can not make someone happy he will not take their money and leave them with unwanted results.
