Dr. Pegram specializes in orbital, lacrimal (tear duct), eyelid, eyebrow, and facial surgery, as well as other facial cosmetic surgeries including cosmetic lower eyelid blepharoplasty, cosmetic browlift, face/neck lift, filler, and Botox. Originally from Murfreesboro, TN, Dr. Pegram is excited to start his own practice in the service of Middle Tennesseans.
Dr. Pegram graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in advanced mathematics and a minor in chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN in 2006. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN in 2011. As a medical student, Dr. Pegram was awarded the Letitia G. Doggett Scholar, one of five endowed, full-tuition scholarships given for academics, leadership, professionalism, and personal qualities. He was also elected by his classmates and attendings in 2010 for the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
