Great office, kind and caring staff. No long wait. Dr Owsley was great. He listened and was kind and compassionate. Very pleased with my treatment. Would highly recommend.

“Dr” Owsley performed a rhinoplasty on me in my 20’s. His office told me he was board certified. They failed to mention it wasn’t with the board of plastic surgery. It was with the board of cosmetic surgery. There is a HUGE difference! Long story short, he did a horrible job, ignored my desired result and gave me a collapsed nasal cavity, confirmed by three Real plastic surgeons. I should have taken him to court. It would have been an easy win and he would have been forced to pay for his botched job. I didn’t know that what I was dealing with was a collapsed nasal cavity until the statute of limitations had run. To top it all off, the office staff are rude and “Dr.” Owsley is smug and condescending when approached with his medical malpractice. I hope he reads this and I hope he knows who I am. I will now have to pay tens of thousands to have a revision rhinoplasty. His mistake but I will have to pay for it. It’s not too late to report him to the medical board, which I will do.

The staffing is the most pleasant! A staff that makes you feel relaxed been there. I had dental extraction about a year ago and tell you I’m not the bravest, but there was the best! Calls to check up on you too!

Staff is cheerful and friendly. They show compassion and a caring spirit. Office seems to run efficiently as wait times are short.

I am preparing for my 3rd procedure by Dr Owsley over a 20 year period. Everyone was very helpful and took great care to explain what I need and what is going to happen. They also checked with my insurance company to be sure exactly what they would pay and they told me what it would cost me.
