To get started, I wanted to first send a huge thanks to Lynn. She was kind, prompt and dealt with a ton of back and forth with my insurance company and showed nothing but grace throughout the entire process. When I walked into the office, she greeted me with warmth and happiness - which is huge when you are a bit nervous! The entire staff is friendly and really cares about your process and recovery. Dr. Small himself fully explained the process and put any concerns to ease with easily explaining the details and making sure I was aware of the full surgery and recovery process. I have to admit, I was nervous about the outcome of the surgery, because I had a very specific vision in my mind. Dr. Small BLEW my expectations out of the water and delivered beyond my expectations. I am so happy with the work and my overall experience as this has truly changed my life! A huge thanks to Dr. Small and all the staff here!
