I somehow felt that she would only do what was right for me. Now, I am sure that is absolutely true.
There was a clear improvement in my appearance from day one and it just keeps getting better. I am DELIGHTED with the outcome of my procedure which is a very natural, younger look, without scars. I look and feel Fabulous!!
There was substantial personal contact with her and her staff both, before and after the procedure with regular follow up during the recuperation process. MELANIE, You are an ANGEL!!! this provided great comfort...the entire process was painless for me.
Dr. Hernandez is straight forward and very professional. Her guidance and opinions were very valuable through out the whole process.

Aug 23, 2021Many thanks to Dr. Hernandez and her terrific team. After researching several surgeons, I chose Dr. Hernandez. Her credentials and qualifications are very impressive, as is her focus on the patient and their desired outcomes. She listens to concerns and provides clear information and guidance throughout -- from the consultation, to the procedures and recovery process. Dr. Hernandez and her staff were available at all times to answer any questions or concerns that might arise. My goal was to achieve a "refreshed" appearance and I am so very pleased with the outcome. Thank you again Dr. Hernandez!

May 12, 2021I have been to several dozens of doctors in my life while raising a large family. I typically research in the Boston area and find the best I can in any one field. I was somewhat nervous coming to Florida and finding some specialists.
From the first visit with Dr. Hernandez, I knew I was in top notch hands. Dr. H has a wonderful disposition and is extremely comforting and kind, while letting you know she has skilled confidence to take care of the patient at the highest level.
Her practice is very clean, and Melanie runs the office as well as anyone I have met. Melanie is a rock star. She is polite, responds to phone calls and emails right away; and always asks how I am doing.
I cannot write enough positive accolades for Dr. Hernandez. I am so very pleased with the results and all the care I received. Additionally, Dr Vivian Hernandez is one of the most compassionate and competent individuals I have ever met.

I have been astounded with how much time and attention Dr. Hernandez personally provides at each and every visit. My first appointment lasted at least an hour as she took the time to listen, get to know me, and provide all the information I could possibly ask for. Each and every pre operative and post operative visit is with Dr. Hernandez personally, she is never rushed. Dr. Hernandez is a perfectionist and I could not be more thrilled with my results. It was important to me that I saw a physician who specialized in facial work and I absolutely made the best choice with an experienced, and beautifully skilled surgeon- I am so thankful and thrilled with my youthful appearance!
