Dr. Grigoryants is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery of the body and face. His practice is located at the Verdugo Hills Hospital in Glendale. Dr. Grigoryants provides his patients with effective and most advanced plastic surgery procedures in the safest possible environment. Patients come to Dr. Grigoryants from all over the United States as well as from other countries.
Dr. Grigoryants is following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather who were both surgeons.
After graduating from Dartmouth Medical School with Honors in Hanover, NH, he completed prerequisite training in General Surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Grigoryants accomplished additional fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Michigan.

Aug 25, 2023I am extremely happy with my nose! It has been almost a year post op and I have gotten so many compliments on my nose. I had a bad dorsal hump before and deviated septum. Dr. Grigoryants really did an amazing job and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. I was very self conscious about my nose and hated my side profile. Dr. Grigoryants changed that and now I love my new nose, I am so happy I went through with the surgery. The RN Natalie also does amazing fillers! I travel from far and only see her now, thank you!

Aug 3, 2023There is simply no other medical professional I would have personally trusted to perform my septoplasty and rhinoplasty other than Dr. Grigoryants. Even when looking in the mirror for the first time post-operation with my bruises, swelling, and cast covering my nose, I can confidently say that my results were exactly what I wanted and what perfectly enhanced my features. Not only does my nose cosmetically flatter my face in a natural and not overdone way but I can also breathe much better and have yet to contract a sinus infection in the past 5 months post-surgery. The staff at the office and nurses assisting the procedure provided high-quality care and really helped me remain calm and prepared for my first ever surgery!

Jul 6, 2023Dr. Grigoryant is the best for rhinoplasty hands down. First of all his results are amazing! I am 3 months post op and am in love with my results. I had a deviated septum and could not breathe out of my left nostril for 25 years. I spoke with Dr. Grigoryants and he listened to my concerns and also made suggestions on what would look best for me. My new nose looks so cute, I can finally breathe and it looks very natural. My family members are in shock by how natural the results look. His bedside manner is so professional, you can tell he truly cares for his patients and wants to best results. I have been so pleased with the process and cannot recommend him enough. I’ve seen other surgeons in the Los Angeles area and none seem to be as caring as Dr. Grigoryant. I would highly recommend any family members/friends to see him. If you’re considering getting it done he’s the guy to go to.
