*****Warning long post***** I was referred to WDF Plastic Surgery &Skin Care by a friend. From my initial consultation appointment I received the utmost professionalism. The office was very clean, I was greeted by name when I arrived for my appointment. Which gave me a very personalized feel and surprised me seeing as this was my very first time at Dr.Franks office. During the initial consultation Dr. Franks discussed with me what I wanted and explained all options I had. I decided to move forward with the 360 liposuction. From the day I committed to move forward with this elective surgery every staff member from Jessica to Alishia made me feel comfortable answering every little question that I had. Always asking if there is any other questions, making sure I was very comfortable going forward. The day of my actual surgery I was greeted promptly at the time of my surgery by anesthesiologist, Dr.Franks and his nurse. Every question, comment, or concern was addressed right before my surgery. Even if it had already been dicussed, it was addressed again for my comfort. My recovery nurse Madison was the best. Just know all superhero don't wear capes. I stayed at a hotel after surgery due to Dr. Franks office being a few hours from my home. Madison took me to my room in a wheelchair, made sure I took my pain meds, got me into bed, and gave clear instructions to my care taker of how and what to do. Madison called me that evening to make sure everything was going ok, and to inform me Jessica would be with me at my follow up appointment in the morning. The entire staff at WDF has made one of the scariest times in my life so comfortable. I can't tell you how happy I am that a friend of a friend referred to Dr.Franks office located at.1366 Broadcloth St. Fort Mill, SC 29715; HWY 160 and I-77. Last but not least I am two weeks post-op and my results are phenomenal. Dr. Franks takes pride in his work and it shows. I'm so excited to see my end results.

Dr. Frank is a great doctor only thing is he is not professional when it comes to ethics. His meuse, sidechick or whatever she is Aide is very jealous and will look up your personal information and call you to accuse you of having a relationship with Dr.Franks and he will tell you, he can’t service you anymore because of her. So sad!

Customer service is bad, they don’t return calls, they cancel your appointments last minute, 2 appointments got cancelled, I call again to reschedule because they never called back to reschedule my 2 appointments cancelled they left me on hold for 20 minutes/ until my call disconnected and never called me back. I will not put my life under an unprofessional business that does not take patients seriously. Taking my money somewhere else.

THE BEST SURGEON IN BUSINESS!!! I had a breast reduction and lift on July 5th, went back to work & the gym 8 weeks after surgery. I recommend Dr.Frank to so many people I’m just in love with his work. & I can’t thank the staff enough for making this a smooth process for me!!

Personally, I am very satisfied with the work of Dr. Frank, he is an excellent Doctor. I had liposuction and tummy tuck and I loved my scar is looking great, my arms are how I want them to look …And I recommend him 💯 he is very professional. and I was in the hotel for 3 days and he come ones a day to check how I was doing. The girls in the office are excellent, all very kind I love it, and whenever I go to my appointments, they treat me very well and the doctor always checks that everything is fine, like a person I can tell he’s a really good person, excellent Doctor, I am going to had a second surgery with him.. Esperanza was in the office when I had my surgery she was in the room with me the date of my surgery, but maybe was her time to leave. In is okay, because they had a really good people there still. I will keep post my next surgery in a few days
