How does pain turn into a five star review? I came to this office for a nasal stent removal when my doctor was out of the office. Plot twist: I am the type of patient who has a minimal response to pain medications, and despite being on max hydrocodone with acetaminophen and Motrin, my pain response was explosively intense and far beyond what was normal or expected for this procedure. Let me tell you that Sandra's response was so deeply compassionate, I felt immediately heard and comforted and that my voice and pain mattered. They had never had a pain response like this result from nasal stent removals, and it shocked all of us. Sandra spent nearly an hour with me to provide comfort and learn what they could change to make this procedure less painful for future patients like me. She engaged with me on all the ways I've learned to manage my pain, how they could apply those experiences here, and she was willing to engage even when my experience contradicted what she was previously taught was simply not an option. She listened and I felt heard. 5 stars for genuine compassion, for deep care and time spent to engage with me when other offices would have pretended the pain didn't exist, and especially for ensuring my pain resulted in purpose. I'll absolutely remember and return to this team, knowing I'm in the right hands.

Dr Ducic redo my nose after having two Previous nose surgeries by a respectful ENT Doctor, he gave me a perfect nose, now I can breathe well and looks perfect, thank you Doc.!

Dr. Dudic is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. He also recommends what the next steps are. I highly recommend Dr. Dudic!

I am a sinus surgery (cancer) survivor of 10 years with a re-occurrence two years ago. Dr Ducic was recommended by my Ent… I was unsure (as most new patients are of new surgeons ) I have had my share of doctors and/or surgeons over the years and unfortunately had a few not so great experiences with them! Let me just say from a great deal of experience with ENT surgeons and their staff, THIS DOCTOR WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from the very moment we met! Dr Ducic put me at ease, answering all my questions before I could even ask. Extremely easy to understand and talk to about my Squamous cell carcinoma.. I have nothing but good news to say about this AMAZING DOCTOR! And of course his nursing staff was just as wonderful! I never give reviews ( good or bad) But, from a man who has been stressed about his health and wellbeing for the last week…. I had to give this review.. Absolutely one of my best experiences in years. I know for certain that I have found the best surgeon in the DFW area. If you’re in need of a ENT doctor and or surgeon… DR DUCIC is a very good choice! A man that absolutely loves what he does and loves the opportunity to help people with only his best at all levels of your treatment.. Best surgeon around. Very efficient and seems to complete the surgeries much faster with shorter recovery times than most surgeons. He is a true artist!
