Dr. Liu’s AMAZING. In 2020 I developed a cyst on my lower left leg that grew-up into the size and shape of a golf ball. As it turns out, the growth was caused by an old industrial accident I had almost 40 years earlier that never healed properly. I went to my primary care provider who then referred me to a soft tissue surgeon who drained the cyst. Unfortunately, it filled back up. The procedure was repeated unsuccessfully several more times until I was referred to Stamford hospital, where I had a procedure to open up the cyst and clean-out older scar tissue which appeared to be the root cause of the problem. However, shortly after the surgery the cyst returned. Ultimately, I went to HSS in Stamford and asked for a review and analysis of why the cyst formed and why it persisted. The surgeons at HSS said they weren’t confident they could help me but they thought Dr. Liu at The Aesthetic Center in Darien, CT, would be able to figure out how to finally remove the cyst. Dr. Liu reviewed the cyst, and all of it’s associated imaging, and surgically removed it. It’s now almost a year since my surgery and my lower left leg looks and feels normal and the cyst has disappeared and not returned. Thus, Dr. Liu succeeded where nobody else could, and needless-to-say, I’m thrilled with the result. In short, I have the utmost and highest regard for Dr. Liu and his work. Jim Gifford Rowayton, CT

I had surgery in Dr. Liu’s suite in Darien on 5/30/23. I can’t say enough about how smooth and efficient the whole process went. From Dr. Liu himself, with his dry and witty sense of humor (not to mention his impeccable surgical skills) ,to the nurse, the CRNA, and administrative staff, every aspect of my surgical process, from my initial visit to the day of surgery, was flawless. I could not be happier with the results of my surgery. The post op pain was negligible. A call from Dr. Liu’s nurse the next day provided me the opportunity to ask any follow up questions that I may have had. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Liu for anyone who is considering any type of breast / chest reduction surgery.
