Susan Kelly BuenaventuraDr

Dr. Susan Buenaventura is a Yale trained board certified plastic surgeon and Medical Director of The Sendi Cosmetic Surgery Center, Inc.  She offers aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgical procedures including breast implants, breast reductions, breast lifts, breast cancer reconstruction, tummy tucks, liposuction, eyelid surgery and face/neck lifts.

She performs surgery in her fully accredited AAAASF (American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities) accredited office surgical suite with board certified anesthesiologists and at INOVA Alexandria Hospital. 

Dr. Buenaventura received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia followed by a Master of Science in Toxicology from The George Washington University. She received her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Medical College of Virginia.  Her general surgery residency training was a five year program at Yale University where she served as Chief Resident. She completed her Plastic Surgery Fellowship at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and Charlotte.  She has been in practice in Alexandria, VA (her hometown) since 1995.
